when you look at all the people's chiron and where it lands in your houses.do you feel they help heal in that area. ie. in thid house, if you have trouble with communciation would the ypick up on it, be sensiive to it, and help or do you think they bring pain in to that area of your life not considering aspects (although i'm sure they are a big part of the picture.) I think it depends on whether or not they've come to terms with their Chiron.IP: Logged |

Yeah I totally agree with this. Sometimes Chiron will hurt to heal. And sometimes its method is the bludgeon if it's not at peace lol. Like I've got Chiron exactly conj my moon and I need a level of loud yelling sometimes to reach catharsis and cleanse myself and that's very Chiron in Aries. It's all in the 12th too so dreams tend to be very healing for me, so does meditation. But I can also wound myself when I am not paying attention and it's really easy to not pay attention with 12th house action. Maybe that's why my emotions are so 'loud', it's the only way to feel heard? My mum has Chiron in Scorpio exactly conj her MC. Her method is like the bludgeon when she's not paying attention. Or like 5 million paper cuts flying toward your face at once. It falls on my 7th house cusp. Basically her past relationships hurt me when I was growing up, so it makes a certain kind of sense that her Chiron falling into my 7th would do that. Ironically, all those choices were made with intention of trying to heal me in some way. Weird how that works :/ IP: Logged |

Very interesting topic...I think I tried to resurrect a thread on this once before. I failed, miserably! Lol! My natal chiron is in the 9th, in gemini, and I find most of what I've read to be true, from the natal perspective. I'm personally curious to know what it means in synastry when each of your chiron placements lands up in the other's 8th house. I've tried reading everywhere and looking everywhere, but I can't seem to find much. Am I wrong in thinking it suggests that some sort of deep mutual healing with 8th house issues will come about as each of the natives deal with the respective issues brought by their own chiron placements (through the relationship/partnership...etc)? I suppose just generally speaking, would anyone be kind enough to to shed light on how how various background influences (such as which house it is in, the sign it is in) interact in synastry, perhaps with examples? I've been told the aspects matter the most also (especially within the big picture of the two charts), but it would seem the influence of the houses and the signs are important as well. And @ defeat, lol, I just realized I asked your original question a second time--hope you don't mind!

This is an interesting thought as well. Though, I wonder if by bringing up those wounds, the natives are able to address healing issues either with themselves or in the partnership...or suppress them completely. Seems like it can go so many ways depending on where they are in their own development, doesn't it? IP: Logged |

my view is that they bring you the pain, or make you more aware of the pain you have associated with that house.IP: Logged |

But IDK chiron moves slow, everyone I meet has their Chiron in my 1st or 2nd... I cant really connect it house wise... I think Chiron to personal planets would be more of the impact.. Regarding those houses. IP: Logged |

My mother's Chiron is conjunct my Sun, 0 degree orb. She pours out her heart out to me, telling me things she can't tell anyone else. Good thing my Moon is conjunct her Sun, so I "get" her. (Her Venus is conjunct my Sun and Mars so if I was a dude I'd be like her soulmate haha.)She once said to me, "My heart hurts whenever I think of you. You are my deepest pain." Isn't that amazing when you consider she knows nothing about astrology?? Edit: I don't recall being very deeply hurt by her (Chiron person). I've hurt her but apparently so has everyone else, since she has Cancer Moon and is hypersensitive.

I know people say that it can manifest as either hurting or healing, but I have yet to actually see that. All the people I've encountered that had luminaries or inner planets near my chiron, usually had a negative effect on me and would go out of their way to try to hurt me in various ways. IP: Logged |

my mom has her chiron in my 7th house and i can tell she worries about me being in a good realtionship, but her worries makes me aware of ie. i don't have a bf, i'm no good at having relationships etc.she always tried to help in that area, and i just wanted to find a nice bf to show him off to her to make her stop worring. she did care and only meant the best, but she just made realtinship issues painful since i don't live with her anymore, relationships have been less of an issue, still single, but i focus on other things, and being single is less painful.. I expect Chiron to be a very painful aspect(especially if it involves the moon, pluto, saturn and venus). My friend from varsity had his Sun conjunct my Chiron. The friendship wasn't exactly "i'll pour my heart out " and so I've yet to experience this aspect fully... IP: Logged |

Not sure if the "pour heart out" was in reference to what I said in my post but aaanyways...It's important to take into account the nature of the relationship before analyzing the synastry. For example, my Mars is conjunct my mother's Venus. So whenever I see some thread pop up around here about how steamy the sex is with their new "lover" due to that Mars-Venus cross contact, should I be expecting the same from my relationship with my mother? Ew I hope not! lol So maybe the friendship you share with this person simply isn't one where Chiron would come into play much. Paix. IP: Logged |

Lol. Well, actualy, it was... But I hear you when you say that it is important to take the nature of the relationship into account. Maybe the friendship I had with the guy was platonic? Maybe he just didn't feel that comfortable sharing all that stuff with me?

I think the most likely case is that he isn't in touch with his Chiron (yet). Most (young) guys seem to aim for an emotional spectrum that ranges from contentment to slight amusement....definitely not Chiron's domain lol. From the wording of your questions, I'm not sure if you're trying to determine how this guy might be feeling towards you, but if so then his Mars sign would be more indicative of how he views his relationship with you. If he acts like his Mars sign around you, he's feelin' it. IP: Logged |
