Hello!I just have a quick question. My birthday is January 4, 1985 and I met a man who has the exact same birthday (month, day, and year!) as me. We actually met the day after our birthdays lol. Is this considered lucky or anything to do with destiny or fate or anything like that? It is weird because so far we have a good connection. I have never met anyone with the same birthday as me, ever. So this is quite cool and pretty awesome. Thank you for any replies in advance. -Megan IP: Logged |

I've never met anyone with the same birthday and year, only birth date, so I guess it's pretty lucky. It could be significant in terms of learning about yourself through your friendship with them if you have similar charts but if you're born farther away then it could be synchronicity (fated). Maybe the person isn't important so much as the coincidence signifying that you're in the right place or maybe something about them will help you in some way. You should perhaps see if they're are any other coincidences about eachother, upbringing etc...IP: Logged |

i too have met someone who has the same birthday but decades apart. a gentlemen in his 70's or 80's i can't remember anymore. he's a regular at a pub i go to sometimes. his partner has the same birthday as another regular whom i also know (same pub). we are all quite chilled people despite our fiery sun! (i'm thankful for my earthy/H8/h12 placements!) IP: Logged |

Thank you, lalalinda! Confused: I am going to look into that about if there are any other coincidences about me and him. I am curious as to what time he was born too lol! We actually met on Facebook! It was weird because I commented on one of my friend's pictures and actually, I had looked at his profile before but I had NEVER seen the same birthday lol! So then the day after my birthday is when a message came in from him. I was like "Well, that's weird." Totally unexpected! Then I realized we had the same birthday and I was like "Whoa!" We've been talking ever since and he says he wants to meet me, but we shall see what happens. Affy: Another Cappy! Well nice to meet you and happy belated birthday! Jesstar: I have never been in love with a Capricorn...actually, I take that back. I was once, but it was when I was young and his birthdate was Dec 28th. After him it seemed to be all Tauruses that I had fallen for. I'm still trying to get over one, but it is so hard. I'm wondering if maybe this is why this Cappy has come into my life. Time will tell if this situation is lucky or not! I think Caps could pull it off too! IP: Logged |

Capricorns are naturally attracted to Earth signs, including other Capricorns. I'm one myself, actually Dec. 28th.IP: Logged |

I've known my 'astro-twin' since elementary school. We're born maybe an hour apart, at the same hospital.I was actually JUST musing on how different our lives are. It depends on the chart. For me, my Mars went into 00' Sag during that hour*. His stayed in 29' Scorpio. My Ascendant is 10' Virgo; his is late Leo. As a result, he's a beauty consultant (straight! Haha) which travels the world debuting product, posing with the beautiful people, and being charismatic. ... I'm not kidding! That Taurus on his MC has everything to do with it, too. While we both have 08' Virgo 36 Venus, his got kicked clear into the 1H, even if it isn't conjunct his Ascendant, so that he's obviously the social butterfly while I'm much more private, introspective, and don't like to be flashy. Our Venus (haha) is even more in quintile to Mars, though, being that half-a-degree closer in 29' Scorpio, so he expresses it a bit more easily than I do -- outwardly. Whereas all my Ven-Mars energy goes right into my creativity - usually my fiction, or dramatic works. So, having Venus rule the MC from the 1H, it's easy to see why he's on his way to Munich tomorrow, and I'm going to be cranking out more of my pilot teleplay. He's also a 3H Sun, with that same Plutonian signature that I have expressing itself through travelling - typically short distances, all over Dallas/FW - to help 'transform' his clients with his wares (all in Libra). Mercury's still in the 3H. We're both chatterboxes, and our Facebook conversations can be excessively long and full of minutiae. So, while I live in Los Angeles a few blocks from the ocean as my Neptune is in my 4H - his is ... can you guess where? If you said '5H', you get a celestial cookie! Not only that, but our 23' Scorpio Uranus moves into position to basically reveal what I already knew -- his home is the world! Man travels too much to be considered tied to any one specific property. Neptune in the 5H is also wonderful for carrying through that mystical, elusive, beautiful veneer he uses to sell his product (it's still sextile the Sun). (And his kids with his new wife are going to be gorgeous. I can already tell ya!) ;p Speaking of marriage ... We married 1.5 years off of each other - even as our 7H rulers are different. How the heck is that? His is Uranus, and mine is Neptune. Degrees haven't changed. The aspects are the same. The answer? We had the same progressions to the chart, of course! We both benefited from the progressed Venus moving in conjunction to our Sun; but the Mars aspects I had to my IC were what got me to the aisle, while he was feeling the Moon-Uranus conjunction, which had moved in conjunction with Mars, still sitting on the IC - where Neptune was still. Same aspects, same result, same placements - different influence, because the focus is on different points. (His also went into effect about 1.5-2 years later than mine.) Ain't astrology grand? Have fun with your astrotwin! Stay in contact. You'll want to compare notes when you're old and grey. -AMP *I just checked the chart. 48 minutes, so, close enough. IP: Logged |

Wooo! I just became a Knowflake!... Sorry. I had to share / celebrate. And, for anyone paying attention - I had a cognitive nap. Venus-Uranus are quintile. Not Mars. My bad. -AMP IP: Logged |

my boyfriend and i are born the same month, day, year. weve been together for almost 4 years. we are really really alike, hes born in the morning and im born at night. chart differences are just like that too. sometimes i think that we might have karmic ties together or something and it was fated for us to meet. but its so hard to tell other than your own feelings! good luck, you should find out what time he was born and see how much of a difference your guys charts are!

Wow, Astarte!I can imagine you would be each other's natural match, if your natal aspects aren't too heinous. Am I correct to assume that your Ascendant-Descendant axes are conjoined each others? It would make sense that his 1H planets would fall in your 7H, and vice versa. -AMP

That happened to me when I was a teenager. I had become very shy at that point, whereas he still had his confidence, and he was popular in school. We spent time together outside of school, because we lived next-door to each other, and our mothers became best friends. He asked me out just before we left England. He's been with the same girl since he was seventeen, and I'm still single. He's more of a grouch than I am, and his brother told us recently, that he doesn't really talk to anyone anymore, whereas people now have more trouble shutting me up. IP: Logged |

i have met people born on my birthday (January 24th) but not the same year, but that would cool if i did.i worked with a man for awhile who had the same birthday as me,and from the moment we met we became friends, we both had the same offbeat sense of humor and had lots of inside jokes and had alot in common,we were so much alike it was scary, but he was born 20+ years before me and would have had a chart completely different chart,i could only imagine the similarities between 2 people born the same day and same year.IP: Logged |

Aquarians with off-beat senses of humour? Surely, you jest, aquaguy91. -laugh-I'll wager you're both Mercury in Aquarius, too. Direct or Retro? My dad's a Mercury in Aquarius, Retro. Brilliant inventor, if I do say so myself. And let me tell ya, when Merc goes Rx, he feels like the world is making sense for once! IP: Logged |
