What synastry aspects would indicate a strong attraction to a person's voice?There is a guy I know that would always say how he loves hearing me talk, and that if he could he could listen to it all day! haha.
Apparently it's not just the voice, but the way I speak too. I'd love to hear any insight!  IP: Logged |

My mercury is in gemini conjunct my venus and sun. Needless to say, I talk A LOT and sound in general is of prime importance to me. I can't say I would be obsessed with someones voice, but there are some voices that I genuinely will enjoy a lot and will want to listen to someone talk a lot. Anything very pleasent/calming I generally enjoy, or a voice that really stands out (so long as it is not an irritation).When it comes to guys, I have a thing for very deep voices. It so turns me on . ------------------

This guy had a crush on me, but I was not phsycially attracted to him. Though the sound of his voice was like music to my ears. We had a double whammy Venus-Mercury, a trine and conjunction. IP: Logged |

My friend's voice makes me melt like no other. Not that I have a thing for him. Well.. maybe just his voice. His Merc conjs my Venus/Mars MP, Anti-Vertex, & SN. ------------------

and dis Guess it explains a lot then? When it comes to music at least, the singers voice can absolutely make or break the song for me. It's actually the most important element in a lot of songs I listen to.

Hmm, found a random voice example. This guy is decently hot (although I am not usually attracted to blonds). The second he starts talking though. OMG DROOOOL His voice makes him EASILY 5x hotter, if not more so. Totally want to bone him, hehe  . So sexy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PTenbXTml8s I honestly haven't thought about it much directly until now, but someones voice actually is pretty important to me. I have been on a few dates recently and one in particular stands out in my mind. He was a pretty hot looking guy. The seconds he opened his mouth though... BLEGH! High pitched, typical "gay" voice. I was instantly turned off and became unattracted to him. The potential completely left the building. ------------------

I agree, Mercury in aspect to Venus is the most likely/ apparent.
It even worked for me with a square. That singer`s Mercury was conjunct my IC, square my Venus and opposite my Pluto. His voice def. had a strong effect on me.
In another case, where I am impressed with a singer`s voice. I have not yet found out why that is. His Mercury is not aspecting my Venus or Venus/Mars-mp. Instead it`s conjunct my Neptune, NN, ASC, Mars, square my Jupiter, sextile my Pluto.
Many aspects to his Mercury, but not Venus.

Hmm, actually I can kinda see that, but it fits him and I don't automatically think of "old man" because he still sounds youthful. Hard to explain. Either way I am very often attracted to "extremes" in other guys as it is, so I guess I can add another one of them to the list  . ------------------

Yeah they just draw you in and you're almost like hypnotized by their voice.

Definitely Venus-Mercury or their Mercury falling in your 1st, 3rd, 5th or 8th houses. Maybe even the 12th house can give a very mellifluous influence to the voice.For the people whose voices I love...Edwyn Collins, Peter Cullen, Unheilig and so many more. ------------------

Frozen Queen,I have Venus conj Mercury with this person (I'm the Mercury). Also, his Mercury is in my 1st house. The only other man I know that has said he loves my voice also has Venus conj Mercury with me and his Mercury is in my 3rd house. How does Mercury play out different in the 1st and 3rd houses?
