Pisces is probably one the most extremely creative signs, you need to have attention to detail, so virgo would be great artists too. Many famous artists were pisces. put simply there is NO fixed signature in a chart to show one way or another, if, how or when art, music will express. You need to look at the whole chart the whole person, rather than just one.
