I have yet to meet another Gemini Moon (at least that I'm aware of). Pretty much agree with everything said here, the good and the bad. I do have that get-over-it-and-move-on mentality. And my eyes are always wandering even when I'm in a relationship. Both of which do not mesh well with the Scorpio and Capricorn side.

And something else I've noticed, I don't really get along with water Moons. Especially when paired with a Libra Sun or Mars =/.

LOL! This isn't true of all of us.

*edit. Must be the Mars in Pisces. Where's my angel smiley?

I'd have to agree too. I hate malicious gossip & really hate all the petty female dramas. I cannot stand a liar and i am always aboveboard with every i know. When I see drama coming, I usually drop off the face of the earth to avoid it. It's soul sucking energy to me & I like to live stress free...I'm high strung enough.

There have been some pretty bad experiences here...can you be so sure its the moon? What about aspects to the moon?
I have:
Sun quincunx moon
Pluto trine moon
Saturn sextile moon
Neptune opposite moon

well, gemini moons were maybe irritated by mercury retro and mars retro in virgo (possibly) squaring the moon in transit. then mercury retro was happening in aries, wandering over uranus, which is close to squaring pluto --> result: mouths/thoughts on fire!! at least that's what I read about what was going on over the last weeks

Teasel, thanks for your valiant defense of Gemini moons. My daughter is one!

And I LOVE that harp-playing emoticon!

My daughter is one too. Leo sun. She is one busy and intelligent kid. Her ablity to grasp difficult concepts is already obvious. She is curious about everything and MUST try it all "by myself!"

Life will be interesting!

^ That's how I feel about life with my daughter. Scorpio sun, 9 years old.

She is not particularly vocal, actually...I think it's because of Saturn in her 3rd house natally? And her moon is conjunct her NN in Gemini so she's not really "there" yet.

But she's still very fast about other things; she seems to see shortcuts for how to do and make things, everywhere she looks. I call her my "Ideas Girl" and she loves it.

My Pnut has Mars conj her moon in the 6th, squaring Mercury in Virgo (which I think is going to be either fantastic or a terrible frustration for her!!). Also her moon trines Jupiter and Neptune, and squares Saturn and Uranus. That's a lot of moon aspects!

She is complex for sure!

I find Gemini Moon people entertaining and fun and witty, yes. Would I seriously get close to one? Not really. They're just too fickle for me to get to that level with them.

I'm a Scorpio Moon and that quincunx causes some pretty big differences. Like I said, if I just want to have a good time, I'll call them. But, if I want a serious heart-to-heart or want to open up to someone I can trust, I won't. Ha ha, no offense and I know you can't always generalize, but in my experience, they're not really loyal and don't like any sort of emotional intimacy that's 'real'. They really run away from those kind of experiences, while I run AFTER them (for the most part, even though I have my defenses like everyone else).

I don't think I could be in a romantic relationship with one because of that sole reason. But I don't rule out friendships with them. And I don't expect them all to behave the same way. But I do know that their basic emotional nature is just way too different from mine for us to get too close. I actually don't get along well with really Air-influenced people, in general. I think it's because I have such a fundamental lack of Air in my chart.

Hmmmm... I know some guys with Scorpio Stellium but they are not loyal - one has Sag Moon, the other has Sag Mars.

Never known a Gemini Moon except Ian! But my kid sis has a Sun-Mars conjucntion in Gemini and extremely loyal faithful. She has Cancer Venus, Taurus Mercury.

We get along and I have Gemini Venus and Aquarius Moon.

Whoa, I'm a gemini moon and I am quite the opposite! In fact, the victim mentality annoys the beck outta me (I posted about it in an Aqua thread!).... I'm very much about "owning" your decisions and taking the heat for things. I've been reprimanded by bosses who said I apologize too quickly and take responsibility for mistakes that weren't mine..... hmmm!

Crazy, I totally don't identify with any of this stuff!? I wonder why... maybe my moon trine venus?

Hell, to be honest, I probably need more of these narcissistic traits... lol.

I was very blunt as a kid - but I've outgrown that now, although I'm still direct and can spot BS a mile away.

wow...such negativity surrounding being a gemini moon lol. I am not going to outright buy that these are all moon traits. I would think that more has to go with it beside moon being in gemini. I know Hermes was the trickster but align the moon with other aspects and traits, you probably have a lot of decent gemini mooners.

With gemini moons, I think we want the whole package in relationships...someone physically, emotionally and intellectually stimulating. You can be butt ugly in a lot of cases but become beautiful to us when your able to hold an intellectual conversation and keep us engaged. I can't stand to have superficial conversations with people. Don't ask me about the weather, engage me in a conversation about how I feel about the political weather or engage me in a game of Jeopardy.

I have always been very loyal in my relationships but I can detach myself from a situation that I know that is bad for me. I am not above becoming emotional but you will never see me break. When I stop talking and disappear for a while, it's usually because I have gone into myself in privacy to re-evaluate and analyze the situation. Cap Sun- Gemini Moon is usually mind over matter.

My friends that need help to rationalize or situation or need someone to vent & express their emotions, will usually call me. I can sit on the phone with them for hours and listen to them and offer the best advice....they are taurus and scorpio moons so you know they are extra sensitive. Matter of fact, I think everyone calls me with their problems...lol. They think that I am so cut throat with my own problems but I see that as self preservation because I don't like to become overcome with my emotions. I'd rather dig into something and keep myself busy instead of standing still and allowing things to take over me. For every problem, there is a solution.

What threads? I haven't seen them really trash talked. In my instance I was explaining my experience with a Gemini moon. I will say I was always surprised that these guys (literally) were so open with their feelings. It makes sense since Gemini is a communicator/go-between sign, so resting in the Moon, they will always talk about how they feel. The complaint I think other more earthy or passionate signs have is their coolness and changeability. To them, Gemini moons seem disconnected from having any sort of palpable emotional exchange people often crave in relationships.

My cousin is a Gemini with Gemini Moon and she is the most shallow person I know. I love her but sometimes she makes me want to scream!
She is pretty consistent when it comes to relationships though. She has been with her boyfriend for 7 years and never looked at anybody else.

This is true in my case. I enjoy talking about feelings, thoughts, philosophical ideals, etc. Especially in relationships: I am an open book to you, and I expect the same in return. But the conversations always end up as more of a discussion or debate as opposed to a heart-to-heart.

That's interesting, I have a lack of earth in mine and I'm drawn to earth sign people. But then usually air signs seek out people who are different in temperament because they crave variety and they seek balance.

My network of friends (you know how much Aquas love their friends LOL) span every single sign but Pisces and Libra. I wonder why that is.

They tend to be extraordinarily flaky so they just kind of fell off over the years.

Put Simply, Gemini Moons aren't emotional thinkers.

They can separate decisions from emotions, and sometimes, for my moon, it would be a great gift to be able to have.

When you separate the emotional part of the thought process, yeah it may seem harsh, or may seem fickle. But you can have an unbiased decisions...not based on emotion.
