Not in a trine, unless Neptune is square or opposite another personal planet or angle.In a trine between Venus-Neptune there is a gentle flow of idealism, compassion, spiritual love, romanticism and subtle "magic".
Rose coloured glasses yes, but not to the extent that you become blind to reality.
But I think the trine aspect between two Yin-planets are VERY subtle. Not sure how much "centre-stage" this will take. Or actually I am quite certain, that other aspects will be felt more acutely, but the Venus-Neptune-trine can offer a very intuitive understanding of each other.
The only problem is that you might take that beautiful connection for granted.

I do have many avataric aspects and many of my Arabic Parts are in fixed signs between 14-16 degrees.
