"Yeah I could totally see that about you being a preistess or nun."

K, Ya know I'm gonna be all over this one, right?? HOW??? How do you see it? No one other than my TF would say that about me. I'm pretty Venusian in my approach to everything in life--from appearance and the material world we live in to the emotional practicality of my nature. So pray tell me how you know. I can hardly contain my curiosity!!

Actually, I don't think I am that incredibly old."

Really? I would have thought that 3.2 bill yrs would at least entitle you to a Senior's discount.

BTW, hope the guys over at your Motor Vehicles Admin are not still renewing your driver's license ... or are they??

Oh Baccha, don't mind me. I get totally silly sometimes.

Gosh, it's good to have you return!!

Linda Jones,

"
thank you for your kind words.
Actually I want to thank you for your positive attitude generally.

"And then I want to say that for the last several weeks (maybe a month - conservative time estimate), I've felt a shift in your thoughts - "

Wow! Interesting. I didn`t notice that it was so obvious.
I checked my mails/ diary though, and almost exactly a month ago something happened / shifted (16th-17th may).
It was nothing "real", or what most people would accept as reality, but to me the concept of reality is broader than what you can see, hear and touch. If it touches me emotionally, especially if it triggers emotional shifts, its consequences are undeniably real, even if what triggered the shift might be seen by "realistic" people as fantasy, delusion, dreaming etc. If you are very openminded about it, it could be seen as coming from the spiritual level, which I choose to.

But anyway, yes, that is the day something inside me shifted big time.
And I wasn`t even doing anything exciting. I was watching TV. Actually half sleeping TV, well, DVD, I don´t watch TV that much.

"I think the caution you are expressing here is toward letting your feelings get all wrapped up in ego."
Yes, I have so many weird experiences, "daydreams", flashes of insights etc, but surely experiences that are not really made of the "physical stuff" (dimensionally speaking), and I don`t want to delude myself. Nor others.

"I hadn't realized it, that "motion" is contained in "emotion,""
Yes, it does Actually it means "to move out of something".
I think it might have something to do with expression as well.

Ceri,

You're quite welcome!

It wasn't obvious. Just something I picked up just as I pick up on other people's energies from their posts.

With you I share the composite stellium but so many times I also pick up low or negative energies from some others and I'm pretty sure I share no Sun, Venus, Merc. stellium with them.

Re: the shift, to me such shifts are very real and yes, they are spiritual as they begin at the level of the spirit and then flow outward.

Baccha,

I wanted to repeat portions of your post that I love and have re-read!!

"Love is god.. being the magnetizing force of the universe bringing us back to unity.. while fear and attachment are polarizing and destructive (all emotions coming from love or fear more or less and having an integrative or disintegrative effect on both the brain and soul)."

"Loving being more "being" if you will and when exercised perfectly (love) you're completely reabsorbed back into the absolute we fell from when we desired knowledge and experience."

Here's some more--

"To quote from Anthony DeMello's the way to love.. it's long winded but I couldn't shorten it easily and wanted to throw it in here

"It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God. -Mark 10:25"

What can one do to attain happiness? There is nothing you or anyone else can do. Why? For the simple reason that you are already happy right now. So how can you acquire what you already have? If that is so, why do you not experience this happiness of your mind and the happiness that has always been yours will instantly surface. How does one drop unhappiness? Find out what is causing it and look at the cause unflinchingly. It will automatically drop.

Now if you look carefully, you will see that there is one thing and only one thing that causes unhappiness. The name of that thing is Attachment. What is an attachment? An emotional state of clinging caused by the belief that without some particular thing or some person you cannot be happy. This emotional state of clinging is composed of two elements, one positive and the other negative. The positive element is the flash of pleasure and excitement, the thrill that you experience when you get what you are attached to. The negative element is the sense of threat and tension that always accompanies the attachment. Think of someone gobbling up food in a concentration camp; with one hand he brings the food to his mouth, with the other he protects it from neighbors who will grab it from him the moment he lowers his guard. There you have the perfect image of the attached person. So an attachment by its very nature makes you vulnerable to emotional turmoil and is always threatening to shatter your peace. So how can you expect an attached person to enter that ocean of happiness called the kingdom of God? As well expect a camel to pass through the eye of a needle!

Now the tragedy of an attachment is that if its object is not attained it causes unhappiness. But if it is attained, it does not cause happiness--it merely causes a flash of pleasure followed by weariness; and it is always accompanied, of course, by the anxiety that you may lose the object of your attachment. You will say, "Can't I keep just one attachment?" Of course. You can keep as many as you want. But for each attachment you pay a price in lost happiness. Think of this: The nature of attachments is such, that even if you satisfy many of them in the course of a single day, the one attachment that was not satisfied will prey upon your mind and make you unhappy. There is no way to win the battle of attachments. As well search for water without wetness as for an attachment without unhappiness. No one has ever lived who has come up with a forumula for keeping the objects of one's attachments without struggle, anxiety, fear and, sooner or later defeat."

And finally--

"Also makes me think of the 13th century Christian Meister Eckhart..
(usually i am more into hinduism.. these christian discourses were eloquent in describing something that's already a part of buddhim/hinduism)

The most powerful prayer, one well nigh omnipotent, and the worthiest work of all is the outcome of a quiet mind. The quieter the mind, the more powerful, the worthier, the deeper, the more telling and more perfect the prayer is. To the quiet mind all things are possible. What is a quiet mind? A quiet mind is one which nothing weighs on, nothing worries, which, free from ties and from all self-seeking, is wholly merged into the will of God and dead to its own. Such a one can do no deed, however small, that is not clothed with something of God's power and authority. It behooves us to pray hard so that all our mortal members with their powers-eyes, ears, heart, mouth, and all their senses-are turned in that direction, and we must never stop until we find ourselves on the point of union with him we have in mind and are praying to, namely god."

This is iQ's definition of the Divine "Un-Manifest" Actuality of God, which I liked very much.

From http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum28/HTML/000328-2.html

In response to a member's query--

"<< 'Divine "Un-Manifest" Actuality of God' >>

My explanation is from a combination of Hermetic/Vedanta theory of All that exists + All Vacuum = God.

God = Infinite Vacuum
+ All possible Mathematical Equations/Formulae
+ Infinite Energy not yet Manifested in Observable Dimensions
+ All Connected Higher Souls
+ Repository of Energy that can Manifest [Shakti]
+ multiple Universes of Manifested Energy in several dimensions that span many illusory time-lines.

Siva is the Archetypal Diety that "Manifests" in our Mind from that storehouse of Unmanifest Energy. Siva Principal can be utilized by Higher Souls to control Shakti and Manifest different dimensions of "Physical" Reality, which is "Maya" or Illusion. Siva Principle is accessed by deepest Dhyana Yoga, contemplation on God without any symbols or manifested distractions.

A Deity is not God, just another Energetic Construct in our Illusory Planes but a Deity has a very strong Cord to one of the Highest Energetic Levels of the Infinite God Source.

Just my 2 cents of philosophy "

This is an example of life not always being peachy, and of how one can protect oneself in the face of fear. It also exemplifies what iQ mentioned in his post about the possibility of a dream sequence taking place on different planes—

“Linda, there have been occasions where I got awareness of a present memory + An Archetype Dream [Subconscious] + an Astral Roaming Experience + a past life-stream memory in the same Dream Visual. It is very difficult for us to streamline in Linear Time of 3D the higher dimensional recalls or internal organizations of the Brain's 4D learning during Dream State.”

Also what Baccha said—

“My understanding is all the dimensions exist in the palm of your hand and you simultaneously exist in all of them, you're just attuned to the 3rd”

What I’m about to describe is something that happened in real time, while at the same time, it is indicative of my having picked up on the thought of the person who appears in the dream. The 4th dimension is involved, I believe, because a part of me, my Higher Self, is observing the whole thing happening, even while it is happening to me. Throughout the dream sequence, my Higher Self is communicating to me the truth behind the actions of this person, so that even through my terror, I know what I have to do in order to save myself.

The dream happened last Saturday, June 16, when I slept in a bit—the same morning that I had the other dream about my TF’s Higher Self, which I mentioned in my earlier post. Within a couple of hours after waking up I was able to confirm that the 2nd dream was happening in real time, i.e., at the same time that the thoughts were going through this person’s mind. The dream is symbolic of this person’s desire to stifle my voice, all because of dangerously high levels of her own ego (as is evident from the dream). My shield of protection from this person is my own thought, which understands and mentally releases her with compassion, while wanting nothing to do with her. I will refer to this person as she, her, or the woman. It is someone I know.

SCENE: Several small rooms (like in a convention hall), each with a few people inside … seated. I’m in a room that appears open with no walls or a ceiling, so seems more like a space rather than a room. It has some natural greenery around.

I’m seated in a chair. There are 4-5 others seated around in chairs talking. The woman walks in. I notice but do not pay much attention. She sits in a chair a bit to my side but within my peripheral vision. She wraps a necklace/chain of gold color (somehow I know it’s not real gold even in the dream) on the back of her chair with exaggerated body movements, making sure I see it. I realize it is meant for me. (A condescending way to give a gift that is not really given but just left somewhere making sure the intended recipient has seen it).

She seems uninterested in the discussion and soon gets up to leave.

I say to her politely, “I think you should take the necklace with you,” thereby letting her know that her gesture has not been accepted by me. She ignores me and leaves. I leave the necklace on the chair.

Continued ...

In the next scene I see myself lying in bed. I see her enter. It’s a bit dark but I know it’s her. She’s wearing something like a large black coat that is billowing around her. Under the pretext of giving me a hug she falls on me using her entire body weight to pin me down. She puts her arms around me and I begin to feel suffocated. I manage to gasp, “Stop, I can’t breathe.” I say this 2-3 times. Each time she pretends she doesn’t know what I’m talking about and mumbles something about giving me a hug. I feel terror at what’s happening and am aware that I’m about to die. At the same time a part of me (I believe my Higher self), is watching and observing the entire dream unfold and silently communicating to me information about the truth in the dream (including the previous scene with the necklace). I’m temporarily able to put aside my terror enough to somehow find the strength to push her off of me.

I see her walk away as though nothing out of the ordinary had happened. I see her walk into another room where another meeting is going on. She sits down, less interested in what’s being discussed and more interested in making her presence felt—a presence of authority. In this room she’s the only one in a chair. Others are seated on the floor, denoting a hierarchy establishing her superiority (this is how she wants to be viewed?)

My eyes open from the dream. Now fully present in the 3D world, I re-experience the fear and terror in the dream. That’s when the conversation with my Higher Self begins—similar to the kind Ceri has spoken about in her post. I’ve been thrown off of my center at being exposed to the pure ego and rage of this person—shown by her manipulation in first approaching me with a “gift” and then with a hug, only to try and silence my voice.

It takes a bit (almost the entire day on and off) for me to fully return to my center. With the help of my Higher Self, I also realize that I was shown something that should not and did not really surprise me, because I think her ego is the cause of her suffering created by herself, and it is something I’ve suspected for some time.

I guess my “roaming antennae” (iQ’s phrase) tuned into her frequency and came face-to-face with her loathing. I deflected it and protected myself by disciplining my own thought. These are the advantages of keeping in contact with the 4D world and our Higher Self.

You are welcome to comment on any aspect of my post, as I’d love more insight.

I'd like to add that this was not a fear based dream such as a nightmare, as I can differentiate those easily when they happen.

Neither was this projection on my part. I don't have much to do with this person in my day to day life and do not have any need to project my emotions on her.

The proof I mentioned about having this dream at the same time that the thoughts were going through her mind--well, I cannot disclose it without giving away her identity.

Thank you for reading

iQ said in his post on page 1--

"Which means this was more of an Out of Body experience via your own Higher Version who visits such educational areas in the 4th Dimension."

I do believe that my Higher Self visits educational areas in the 4th dimension, simply because I'm nuts about books (even love the smell of books), knowledge, information, expansion of the consciousness and mind, etc.

Well, I had another out of body experience today, or my Higher Self did ...

During this experience I heard a voice say clearly (I was half asleep/half awake), "those who are now younger than 21 years of age will eventually live up to 116-120 years ... because telomere research will have advanced to such a high degree as to make that possible."

That's it. It was just before I woke up fully today. And I found it very interesting as there has been a lot of focus in recent years on Telomeres.

Just to clarify, telomeres are the ends of human chromosomes.

"telomeres effectively “cap” the end of a chromosome in a manner similar to the way the plastic on the ends of our shoelaces “caps” and protects the shoelaces from unraveling." http://www.smart-publications.com/articles/protect-your-chromosome-telomeres-naturally-by-encouraging-telomerase-

However, as we age telomeres get shorter until they get so short that a cell can no longer divide. At this point a cell dies.

So protection of telomeres is considered vital in slowing the aging process as well as in preventing cancer.

There's a lot of ongoing research on this subject.

Anyway, just thought I'd share this. I really believe that information and knowledge are not limited to what we see and experience in the 3D world. I think there's much more advanced knowledge available, on every subject imaginable (including astrology), simultaneously in Higher Dimensions.

Hi Linda. …I guess I’d missed this ongoing conversation on your dream post, a few weeks ago…but I wanted to echo what someone else said above, that they could certainly see you as a priestess or nun. …FWIW, what I sensed almost from the first post I read of yours was someone who had mastered the best of what I consider Christianity has to offer. As in, it was mastered previously—not in this life. (Well--obviously most of us are still *working* on ourselves...but to me you *feel* like what I *feel* true Christianity embodies, if that makes sense.) It is now part of who you are. (Or…have we always been who we are, and have simply been peeling away the dross, being tempered in fire, lifetime after lifetime?) …Forgive me if you have shared about this, and I have missed it, but do you sense that your past has perhaps been in that milieu? If you have shared something to this end elsewhere, please direct me to it. Personally, I feel I’ve mostly been a part of the Judeo/Christian drama, in this cycle of lifetimes…some kind of commitment, I suppose, that I have been focused upon. ...So, I guess it is also possible that my perspective on your possible "past" could be totally self-centered and myopic!

Oh…and I admire your seeming ability to be so disciplined and aware in your astral/dream work regarding your relationship with that woman. Very cool! How great that it is so useful a tool for you.

Hi Jovian! It's so good to see you back here again!!

May I say that I LOVE your writing! It's just the right blend of intelligence, reason, and heart flowing out of your fingertips onto the keyboard and onto my screen!! You're so perceptive in so many ways, something I picked up reading your posts on other threads. I think you're filled with compassion, but when it comes to you, you can be hard on yourself. Sometimes I think so many of us have to fight this tendency. I've been meaning to say this to you but couldn't find an appropriate place to do so. Now I have the opportunity on my own thread

Anyway, moving along ...

"I wanted to echo what someone else said above, that they could certainly see you as a priestess or nun. …FWIW, what I sensed almost from the first post I read of yours was someone who had mastered the best of what I consider Christianity has to offer. Thank you for sharing this. What's funny is that when iQ made his latest post I happened to re-read the page from the top and remembered that I'd wanted to know how Baccha was able to sense this. It was just a thought, yet the Universe responded by bringing you back here to shed light on my question. So I'm grateful.

I guess then that it's from my posts you are to feel this about my past. And then this is further proof of what Baccha said about us carrying the best of what we were before in a future life. Also gives credence to my sensing of iQ's sage energy. Thank you.

"Or…have we always been who we are, and have simply been peeling away the dross, being tempered in fire, lifetime after lifetime?"

I believe this to be true at the spirit level, meaning, in any given lifetime, we're perfect at the level of spirit, and do need to peel away layer upon layer of ego or "dross" in multiple lifetimes to allow that perfection to shine.

Actually I haven't. Well ... other than what I posted on page 4 of this thread--June 16th post at 8:58 pm (top third of page).

Before this I thought only my TF could sense this about me. Now I know that others can too ... on this board!!!

"Personally, I feel I’ve mostly been a part of the Judeo/Christian drama, in this cycle of lifetimes…some kind of commitment, I suppose, that I have been focused upon. ...So, I guess it is also possible that my perspective on your possible "past" could be totally self-centered and myopic!"

It's possible only because in the realm of possibilities anything is But more likely not so probable as my TF could sense this about me almost from the beginning (and I could about him ... it's in the page 4 post). Plus both you and Baccha are corroborating it. Plus astrologically, it seems to also provide evidence. So I think that with so much evidence, it's unlikely that your sense about this is coming from your own personal current life experience.

'Oh…and I admire your seeming ability to be so disciplined and aware in your astral/dream work regarding your relationship with that woman. Very cool! How great that it is so useful a tool for you.

Thank you. You nailed it by using the word "tool," as that's EXACTLY how I view it. And it is very useful and we can all develop it by increasing our self awareness. That is why I mentioned the importance of staying in contact with our Higher Self who could be our own personal genie, if you will. I say this with no irreverence, but merely to point out the advantages of having such a handy tool.
