I can definitely see my Neptune going into Pisces. Natally I have it in capricorn but i think as i have gotten older, I became more spiritual.

As far as my planets now I have
6 fire, 2 Earth, 2 Air, and 1 Water
(4 Mutable, 4 Fixed, 2 Cardinal)

in 9th harmonic I have
3 Water, 3 Fire, 3 Air, and 1 Earth
(5 Mutable, 3 Cardinal, 2 Fixed)

So, if we're comparing 9th H to 9th H charts between two people, and one person has Chiron conjunct the other's asteroid Karma, is the Chiron person responsible for the aspects of *being* Chiron? Although this is where I get conflicted/confused about 9th H versus Draconic.

In the former example, is the Chiron person bringing their wounded healer energy to help the other heal or is it a shared experience between two souls...or just a soul knowing?

I'm trying to differentiate between 9th H and Draco.

Edited to add: I wrongly wrote down Neptune which is a Draconic thing - changed it to Karma which is 9th Harmonic conjunction (oops)

Edited again to add that in the 9th Harmonic chart, I have a Libra stellium of asteroid Union, NN, Mars and ASC which I do find interesting, especially this year since I am working on being more capable at projecting balance while still maintaining my natural assertiveness (I have Mars in Leo natally). In my 9th H chart I have an exact opposition to Mars from Saturn and although I do not have Mars aspecting Saturn in my tropical chart, I have found that Mars/Saturn energy everywhere in the past few years - in a challenging way. It's as if I am not owning some part of that energy and so it keeps cropping up on me - in my synastry, composite, solar return and now I noticed it here in the 9th H chart.

9th H Asteroid Union also conjuncts my natal Pluto/Karma which is also relevant to me in the sense that I have been striving for a balanced relationship of equals my entire life and so I wonder if the 9th Harmonic is showing us what we are truly capable of, assuming we use our natal charts in the most positive way...?

The karma is always on the karma person, good or bad is shown by the aspects. If you have karma conjunction in synastry, the energy of this is going to be seen by aspects also...but karma is always about the owner of the karma. That being said, sometimes it is our karma to set things straight with others! I've known ppl i treated bad, for some reason, i did wrong by them, unintentionally! then found my karma sat on their 7th house cusp exactly...it seems it was my karma to hurt them, maybe they had hurt me in past life....wish i knew but i didnt mean to hurt them, but still i did!??
If you have this with someone it is showing a past life connection that is being balanced...but keep the orbs tight, i try to keep it within 3 to show this past connection in synastry...with harmonics tho, it is again about the energy of the soul and how its flowing more than specifics...if you have a karma/chiron conjunction its going to show how your karmic energy is flowing in line with how this person is overcoming, or not overcoming...becoming a healer or being kept down in pain, your karma will allow you to understand this person. If you have positive aspects in common you will probably be able help this person find power through their pain and this would be your karma!

Looked at that, and yes...you are right!! i had my saturn in his 7th, 4 planets in his 8th some in 9th, 10th, 11th....nothing on any emotional places!
My eros/lust/aphrodite fell on his Ac, his cupido,eros,lust fell on my IC....this is just unfair! Oh, we also had some blackmoon lilith going on to!

I'd looked at that long ago, but at that time i was still deluted and wanted to find a reason he would suddenly love me....so i ignored it! And searched for reasons it wasn't going to be the way i wanted it to be...lol...awe neptune...his neptune was conjunct my sun/merc/neptune....love, neptune style!!

Altho, to be honest he had 5 planets in my 8th....can you say, yummy! maybe i was in a bit more lust than i realize? lol
