OMG Yeah. MY friend,not to be rude, but shes a midget also (except for a shorter one) and her eyes are peircing with scorpioness!! She's a scorp rising and shes a sagittarius.What your talking about seems like a mixture of people watching and faintheartedness. I hope people don't flirt-glance with me ,(aka sex eyes xD) because I'm terrible with eye contact and I'm like you. Stare at someone, look away, repeat. lol and you know sometimes people might get the wrong idea and WHOOPSies xD Her eyes don't pop out of the sockets or anything like that. The gaze is just hypnotic. It reels you in with emotion. --

I always lock eyes with someone in a room full of random people. I've been told i have deep mysterious eyes, to psychotic eyes lol. Pluto in the 1st house

It conjuncts Mars and Mars conjunct asc (12). I have Pluto in first conjunct asc.
I have this kind of strange.. Pluto gaze but with a little mercurial zip. Barbie says it's like I'm "searching into their soul, mind, and beyond". Which I do actually try to read people. It's instinctive. I'm unsatisfied with surface crap. Now that all said, I don't get people turning around suddenly or gathering attention. What I do find is people very unwilling to make eye contact. 29 degree pluto scorpio opposite ascendant
sun and moon in 8th house
venus scorpiomy mum call's them devil eyes. and gets mad at me. though the woman's got pluto in the 1st so i don't know what shes on about she's got them too. but i guess mine's stronger my dad who's a scorpio gets freaked out by them when i get mad at him it's a great tool for getting people to behave lol! i've been told twice that i have fire eyes :P IP: Logged |

I have a Scorpio Ascendant conj. Pluto in Scorpio. Pluto is in the 12th. I have an 8th house moon in Gemini which is my 8th house ruler. My other Asc ruler (Mars) is also in Gemini. I identify with you 100%. My entire family jokes that I could never be a spy b/c I would get caught immediately lol. If I stare at anyone no matter the distance or if I'm even visible at all they will feel it. This is good when I like or want someone but since I rarely desire anyone it just makes ppl I don't want think I want them smh. My sister says I am always giving ppl "dirty prince eyes" (prince as in the musician) lol. @sarahhm

I have Pluto trine Asc exactI can feel when people are looking at me(It doesn't bother me tho i'm a Leo Asc) but i try not to stare because i get shy (unless if it's someone 10 years older than me, or a kid... then i don't feel shy). I have big and cute eyes  i don't have strong neither weak pluto/scorpio, but i have a lot of venus/taurus/libra energy, maybe that's why. IP: Logged |

Sun conjunct Pluto here...Exact same thing happening to me. The worst part is when i simply look at a friend focused and quiet and I get told to stop because they feel intimidated and not comfortable.
I have central heterochromia.. and i just got told by a clairvoyant through my boyfriend (who loves looking in my eyes) that i have dragon glass eyes, feral and yea um... i have that im going to kill you look often :P
