PHASE 146 (LEO 26°): AFTER THE HEAVY STORM, A RAINBOW.

KEYNOTE: Linking above and below, the Covenant with one's divine nature, promise of immortality.

In the Bible the rainbow is the sign of the Covenant established by God with Noah (the cyclic "Seed man") guaranteeing that no longer shall the destructive power of Spirit (the Shiva aspect of the Divine) be used to destroy life on earth. As we come to the third level of the scene of "Release," we find the man who has been able to weather the cathartic storm face-to-face with his divine Archetype; because he has been victorious, a link has been established with his divine Soul-being. Both the human and the divine partners should remain thus linked. H. P. Blavatsky's last words are said to have been: "Keep the Link unbroken" — the Link she forged With the Trans-Himalayan Brotherhood that had sent her into the darkness of nineteenth-century materialism for this purpose.

At the first stage of this thirtieth sequence, the symbol of the rainbow shows us the need to maintain a state of open communication between the Sky and the Earth within our total being — not for the sake of finding an ever-elusive "pot of gold" at the end of the rainbow, for this end is never to be reached, but in order to face the totality of our individual selfhood as it is projected in the many-hued dome of our sky-flung consciousness. After every successfully met crisis, the REVELATION OF WORTH comes to us, and with it comes the promise of success, if only we do our part.

^ last sentence makes so much sense..

Saturn in Aquarius: It is not worth it to shy away from the camera for too long. If you have worked hard, there is no sin in attracting attention. It is legal and smart to have patents in your name. Roentgen died penniless because he did not patent X-Rays and gave away tat knowledge for free to humanity. Looking good and dressing well can definitely help. Strengthen your heart and spine [physically and philosophically]. People will actually appreciate your talks if you put some sizzle in them.

^ so true also! it's like I don't feel worthy of attention so I hide away (literally!)

I'm still trying to get past my Saturn challenges.. it's so exhausting. I sometimes wish we could just shoot that ******* out of the sky! but then again Saturn gives big rewards after you overcome something.

LOL...wish we could shoot Saturn(satan?) out of the sky...me to! Wish we had a guarantee that would work!
Im not sure how to interpret your chiron opposition except that healing your deepest wound is probably your saturn relief.
Funny thing is, i think all of us have the same deepest wound but we express it in different ways.
We all long for our soul family, we miss the bond that we have as a united soul before we are sent back to Earth to develope and learn how to use the universes energy for the good of all, not our own desires.
I think our deepest wound is feeling abandoned and alone and wondering what did we do be left like this. We create our own lil families to try to put a band aid on our gaping wound, we search for our soul mate but all we are really looking for is someone who's soul is close enough to our own that through them we feel connected to a soul thats not our own and through that connection we can feel connected to our true family and the divine unity we had at one time, but believe its gone. IMHO

I believe emotionally realizing we haven't lost our connection is the beginning of healing that deepest wound.
Karma is an earthly tool, designed to keep us here through reincarnation. If you can see playing into karma(emotionally reacting to it with fear) is how it traps you, fear feeds evil and gives it life!
Once you realize that you can chose to step out of the game, the games over! Only turning to universal love and power of the divine can give the support and strength to change the belief's that allow Saturn to trap you.
But this is just my opinion!

So true!

I've been feeling alone and abandoned for the past few years & I just couldn't understand why I deserved all this horrible stuff to happen to me.
But weird thing is if all this horrible stuff didn't happen I probably would've never been interested in Astrology & Spiritual things!
& I wouldn't be as strong as I am right now... so in a weird way I'm ?thankful? for all these things.. but definitely not always!

All I know is that I never gotta let fear control my life again.. that is probably my biggest lesson right now.
But moving beyond that fear is very hard for me, I have carried that fear with me for so long..

All I really want & need is some positivity in my life.
Something to be happy about... living in my heart, not my head.
That's the only way I can really let go of my fears.
I had times where I was so angry and so done with my fears and I went against them but that only helped a little...
I would be like "ok this is it now I'm done" but then after that I would be like what's the point in trying if nothing positive ever happens.

Still trying to find that magic door out of this Saturn trap... but you're right only turning to universal love & the devine will make this happen.. knowing that I'm not alone & I'm protected every step of the way.

When I was younger I was always really scared of dying, cuz I saw dying as going in this black hole and being there forever and that scared me sooo much!
But now I know that's not the case at all and the place we go to after we die is a much better place then earth will ever be.
& that we are here on earth to learn lessons but this is not our home, it's just temporary.
That has given me so much peace..

Thanks so much for answering my post by the way! you've given me some hope that there is a way out of this!

IQ. I'm a little sad, because opposite my saturn (which is already harsh as it afflicts 6 of my planets) lies the asteroid "karma". Does this mean there is no escape for me? Also opposite is "mespotamia" which I guess points to past life abuse of power there ... And the asteroid Rhea, who is Saturn's wife. Don't know what rhea signifies, apart from that.

The sabian of the opposing degree is 24º Leo: Totally concentrated upon inner spiritual attainment, a man is sitting in a state of complete neglect of his body.Spiritual emphasis at the expense of outer refinement. Interior focalization of energies. Self-abnegation. Character.

IDK.... I don't understand exactly why I carry all this ... I try very hard to be a gentle, kind, compassionate person and to improve my spiritual development to the best of my ability ....but... I have so much saturn. I was thinking the other day that maybe I need to just quietly accept the saturn burden without wanting to escape it, because maybe other people who are somehow karmically bonded to me NEED to see it working in order to release THEM from the karmic pain that I played a part in inflicting in lives past. It is only when they can forgive and release me, that I can be free, provided of course that I forgive any hardship this life too. In other words, maybe I can't free myself from saturn on a worldly level until other people stop hurting, and when this will be is out of my control. However, I can try in the meantime not to compound things by adding more negativity, and to look for freedom on a spiritual level to mitigate any over-focussing or over-identification with ego suffering.

Do you think this makes sense, given my aspects..or is there some other way I should be seeing it?

Wow imagine this concept in synastry.

My sun is opposite my dads saturn exact!!

Hmmm so my existence is his ticket to true freedom..
Probably why he's obsessed with me

My s.o's chiron is opposite my saturn exact..
So healing is related I bet...

I hate Saturn...sometimes.

My lesson.

In my case, after I've made peace with my parents I felt much better.

My Saturn's in Virgo, and I think I've already done a good job of not disregarding astrology

3 Vir 29', so the opposite point for my Saturn would be 3 Pis 29', which corresponds to this Sabian: "HEAVY CAR TRAFFIC ON A NARROW ISTHMUS LINKING TWO SEASIDE RESORTS."

Sounds scenic, even if it involves heavy traffic. Guess delays are something I'm just going to have to learn to deal with, huh...? (Assuming I take a literal interpretation of this!)

Interestingly enough, my Draconic Sun is at 3 Pis 14'... I know it's a little bit of an older thread, IQ but is there a special meaning to draconic planets on our Saturn liberation point? Especially a luminary like Sun/Moon?

Of course that point's also a heavy square to my natal Ascendant/Descendant line. I could even ask about potential relocation astrology in this, but then I'm getting into overcomplicating what should really be a (relatively) simple topic... There are times I think I overanalyze a lot even for a Virgo Sun...

Thanks for the information iQ.

My Saturn confuses me though because it's in Aries in the 8th House Opposite Mars in Libra in the 2nd House. How can I work towards Mars and away from Aries at the same time? (The Opposition is off by about a degree.)

My Saturn release point info:
PHASE 184 (LIBRA 4°): AROUND A CAMPFIRE A GROUP OF YOUNG PEOPLE SIT IN SPIRITUAL COMMUNION.

KEYNOTE: The necessity to unite with kindred spirits as one enters unbeaten paths illumined by the still-insecure light of a dawning intuition of new values.

As one partially visionary leader said a few years ago: "Beaten paths are for beaten men." The urge to create a new society and respond to new values leads the pioneer to the wilds, which represent the state of planetary possibility — i.e. the as-yet-uncultured, the virgin forest. Around the fire of a common dedication (or at least a common hope!) minds and bodies can commune, forming a "chalice" or Grail for the reception of creative inspiration.

At this fourth stage of this five-fold sequence of phases of development we find, as usual, a hint of technique. If a new society is to be built, those who yearn for it, or perhaps who have envisioned its outlines, should commune. But communion is useless where no central "fire" burns, IN-SPIRITING the group,

Thanks again.

I have Saturn on Piscis at 10° and the description definitely fits me, I know I have to stop living in my own world believing I could be an artist someday:/

However I have Chiron on Virgo at 10° so I don't know, being like that (behaving like Saturn in Virgo) will actually heal me?

This is even more interesting since I have saturn conjunct DNA, adonis and geisha in scorpio...

Also saturn opposes Juno in the 5th

2 deg Taurus (the opposite of my saturn)

This is a particularly hard lesson to learn. Natally I have Saturn opposite Jupiter and I have always felt silence & distance between me and my family. As if I were treated at arm's length, as if raising me were a reluctant job. Particularly my mother and sister and extended family.

I have to say that Pluto square Uranus has only exacerbated this problem. I've come to the understanding that reconciliation is nearly impossible, even though all I've every wanted as a girl growing up was to feel like I belonged somewhere, like on those old tv family shows. I have a dim look on the future, but maybe an opportunity to heal will present itself.

That aside, opposite side of Saturn is Aqua Vertex. Aqua Vertex seems to want an ideal Utopian society and if that is my "freedom" I guess I am doomed LOL!!
