Hello. Anyone has any personal experiences with this transit? Sun rules my 7th house and it's in my 7th house. Pluto is transiting my 11th house and will conjunct Mars.I also have Pluto (Pluto in Scorpio/8th house) sextile Sun in natal chart. Transit pluto will also trine my mercury, which is my 5th and 8th house ruler. Pluto sextile Mercury in natal chart. Anyone? How long does it last? I noticed it also happened in June (broke 7 yr relationship) , but transit saturn was conjunct my venus back then. Transit saturn is now going to or is conjunct my natal pluto This sounds bad? Help..thanks IP: Logged |

There are no bad transits (spoken by someone who is currently going through a Saturn in 8th house transit. ), there are transits that are challenging and growth producing, but not bad. Everything happens for a reason. IP: Logged |

Pluto trine or sextile your natal Sun: This transit indicates increased dedication and concentration on your personal goals. Bad habits and restrictive circumstances and relationships are likely to be shed during this transit, in order to clear the path towards self-regeneration. You are uncompromising in your goals, and your motivation to make these changes is increased. Change is easier to make during this cycle, which can enable you to make significant strides in your life. You are strongly driven by your instincts at the moment, and your confidence is increased. Your commitment to your goals is high, as is your self-assuredness. Your desire for power over your own life, and the lives of others, increases during this cycle. Indeed, this is usually a successful time for the individual, due to the positive changes that take place. http://astrolady.wix.com/astrolady#!pluto-transits-the-sun/c1oy4 IP: Logged |

I think I am uniquely qualified to give you some unsolicited advice, as I too have sun in 7th house which Pluto will be trining in a few years and a current transit of Saturn in my 8th house which has also brought my finances to 0. So I can relate...Transit Saturn in 8th house forces you to depend on your own grits financially, not on anyone else. So don't wait for a savior to come and rescue you. Help may come from friends, relatives, and lovers, but do NOT depend on it. You need to focus on generating money. NOW. Take an inventory of what you are good at and what you have to offer and put it out there. Apply for jobs all over the place, let others know you are willing to work, and BE willing to work. You will have to work hard at finding a job, because jobs will not land on your lap. You will be working very hard for every dollar you make, trust me. No handout or easy money. If the money comes easy, as in a gift, it will be easily gone. Don't feel like a victim. Saturn is about karma. If you're honest with yourself like I had to be, you will admit that you've squandered away money and time in frivolous purchases, romantic obsessions, daydreaming (especially if you're Pisces rising like me, mindless internet cruising, or just neglected to attend to your finances. So you're learning the value of money. The hard way. Don't fight the lessons of Saturn. It's better to embrace them. Saturn is not the baddie it is made out to be. It just brings you down to reality and grounds you and gives you a strength you never knew you had. My finances are super tight, but I am working hard on getting them to be in a better state, and I am paying my dues and things are getting better. I wish you well. :-)

And I want to add that Saturn is the Lord of Time, so find out the myriad ways in which you are wasting time, and devise a schedule where you make better use of your time and stick to it. :-)IP: Logged |

I have this transit coming up!! Its doesnt sound too bad, from what I have been reading. However I am also going to have saturn opposition sun at the same time, so the positive will probably be diminished for me...*sighhere are a few links I have found: http://www.thefutureminders.com/Pluto-transits/pluto-trine-sun.cfm from astrodiesnt:
Beginning of February 2013 until mid-December 2014: At this time in your life you have a strong sense of having survived heavy challenges in the past and of having reached a level where you can be effective. And indeed you can if you make an effort. This influence can bring you rewards on a silver platter, even if you insist on being totally passive, but it is far better to work positively with the energies that are operating on your behalf. You are able to express yourself more powerfully and completely to others now than at almost any other time. Others see you as a powerful and effective individual, and they respect you for it. Obviously this is a good time for personal advancement. You may be given power in an organization, in business or in government to help bring about reforms and changes in the system. Yet you will be seen not as a revolutionary but as someone who can get things done. Your relationships with people in power over you is likely to be excellent, and your advancement may result at least partly from their favor. On the more personal level, this influence can bring positive change into your life that does not disrupt, but allows you to evolve and grow. You can gain tremendous insights into yourself at this time and make successful efforts to change if you want to. Your physical body is in good condition under these influences and unusually able to throw off illness and heal itself. You should take advantage of your increased physical vigor and involve yourself in some form of physical education, such as conventional body-building exercises or a discipline like yoga. Yoga is particularly good for you because it involves the mind and spirit as well as the body. You should not compartmentalize yourself into two units - mind and body - because now you can see your essential unity and can make good use of that insight. IP: Logged |

LOL,everything you stated is 100% accurate! That is soooo true. I'm so used to everyone just giving me money and I never ever ever had to worry about it until now!I usually don't see Saturn as bad (My chart is ruled by Saturn/Uranus) and it's in the 9th house, while Uranus is in my 10th. I see Saturn as a Karmic planet as well, "you reap hat you sow" and that's what I'm getting. However, it's still very horrible Lol, but in the end I guess I will be a better, more mature and independent being (hopefully!) Thanks so much <3 quote: Originally posted by Belage: And I want to add that Saturn is the Lord of Time, so find out the myriad ways in which you are wasting time, and devise a schedule where you make better use of your time and stick to it. :-)
Thanks tbell! I have read that already . Thanks for the idea..I should look at my Saturn transits as well. My natal Saturn squares my Sun and Mercury (which are the planets that Pluto will trine) boo hooo :[ IP: Logged |

You're welcome, EmpressMendez. Pluto trine are ALWAYS positive, imo, as they make it easier for the planets involved to transform themselves and it empowers them. So look forward to having your sun and mercury feeling more powerful, and more deep, and more forceful. Now, since these planets are in your 7th house, it is quite possible that it means that powerful men will be entering your life as partners, and they will have an transformative effect on you. So this is a transit to look forward to. IP: Logged |
