I get along with leos just fine
Maybe its cuz I have 3 planets in leo

I do see their faults, but their good qualities outweigh their bad qualities. They can be very self centered and not give nearly as much as you give them, but they're warm, passionate, and brighten people's day. I can relate bc my moon in leo. But I just don't like if they get hypersensitive and feel like uve hurt their pride.

I would take a leo over an earth or water sign any day. More straightforward and simple to understand imo, and also very sunny, which is mostly what i need in a friend/S.O.

My Leo sweetheart sometimes can act this way, there will be time when we get all dressed up to go out and I tell him how handsome he looks and responds by saying ”I know already” lol. He has a Sagi Moon, and Mercury in Leo.

I have my Sun, Asc, and Merc all in Leo... and while I have some more tempering aspects (Libra, Cap, and Sag) throughout, I still find myself becoming obsessive about my image ALL THE TIME. It's awful. I also have a tendency to be quite bossy without realizing.

I was graced with Venus in Libra, so I often can say I'm sorry and make allowances... but if I let myself run away with myself, I can be quite vain (but it's usually in a deprecating way and comes from a place of deep, deep insecurity. We're talking abyssal like.)

i feel like a tool to him though he always take credits of my accomplishments and brag about it when we're out with our family friends and say that without him I wouldn't have been able to make it that far, he thinks i'm smart bcause of him and it infuriates me because he's wrong! HE IS SO WRONG! Like, wth?! I studied so hard, stayed late at night to study, cut off my time hanging out with my friends during the weekend, etc. and now he takes credits for everything that i've done and brag about it as if it was all because of him he says he's just supporting me but i know i can tell, he's pressuring me so he can have something to brag about to others. I feel such a tool, a worthless tool.

That sucks! My best friend's older sister is a Leo and she does the same cr*p. Takes credit for everything, annoys people on purpose. *eye roll*

But I have also known Leos, especially women, who are never like that at all. They are smart, helpful, and moderate. One of my very good friends is like this...she's a Leo sun/Virgo moon, and NEVER arrogant, not that I've seen.

My mother was a Leo and she was sometimes exasperating, sometimes sweet, and sometimes heroic, like she would do anything for me. My husband (Leo) is similar to that.

My take is that they are bossy and they know it as their birth right. Arrogance comes with the territory and they know that they are arrogant and vain, and intentionally so. The response from my wife would be: "So what?" with a "f-ing" thrown in for good measure.

Unfortunately, yes, they can be. I've noticed it in the men more so than women, but it's usuaully still there. Arrogance that is, but being downright hurtful and mean, that doesn't strike me as a Leo trait.

Here's a scenario of Leo arrogance:

A Leo friend of mine wasn't happy about my actions as of late, he threatened to take himself away from me, like him being around me was a gift or something he could take away as punishment.

Wellll I have a Leo ASC, threatening me doesn't go over very well We didn't talk for a couple months because we both had that stubborn "I know I'm right about this" arrogance. But never just.. mean.

I'm sorry that your father behaves this way toward you, but I wouldn't blame it on his Leo placements. What houses do they fall in? What is Saturn doing in his chart? Maybe your grandfather acted like that toward him and he viewed that as how to raise a family and be a parent?

Unless they're very poorly aspected planets, I would expect somebody with so much Leo in their chart to light up the world, not bring darkness with them..

hahaha in true fashion when you know you were born to be at the top it's almost impossible for others to convince you otherwise

Yes, yes, yes. Leo men are very hit or miss, and men with Leo moon signs have a tendency to be even worse (I've dated several and my father has this placement -- we're estranged because he's such a narcassist.) But I have only ever met one other Leo (and we attract each other like magnets) who was just flat out malicious. Manipulative and on the offense... more so, but meanness is something that personally makes me sick to my stomach. My best friend is Sun Leo/Venus Leo, and she says the same thing. If we hurt someone who didn't deserve it, and sometimes even if they do, it is the worst feeling... crushing. Leos have extremely big hearts that can edge out the ego with practice. But of course this also depends on their chart too If I had to point to any one big problem I have I'd say laziness hahaha.

yeah as i mentioned on my earlier posts, i do have some Leo friends who are females that are really warm hearted.

I did a bit of research about my dad's traits, it turns out he's another one of those narcissist fathers who ruins their children's self-confidence in an attempt to make themselves feel superior.

It's like he wants me to become independent and yet never gives me the chance to do so by saying that I'm talking back or I dont listen to him anymore whenever i want to try, hence making me even more afraid to make a move and make a decision on my own. Then he'll start judging me as a person and saying that nothing will happen with my life. If my mum shows support, he'll be like "...and that's the reason why they know nothing!" as if it was a good thing for him to see that I was struggling? i don't even know anymore...

Honestly it sounds like a control issue. Do you think it's possible deep down your father has a harder time than average accepting your independence, and is even... offended by it? As blunt and direct as Leos CAN be, I find them to also be very in-betweeners too. Just my own experience.

gosh! I have an auntie who has her moon in Leo and in some other planets cant remember exactly and I kid you not, she's so narcissistic! to the point when you just wanna strangle her just so she will shut up bragging about how better her life is compared to my mom (they're cousins btw and we're extended families who live under one house) sooo annoying! I actually feel sorry for my cousin (my auntie's kid) because he always get told off and yeah, like your dad, she tries to be all caring infront of other people and say that she's trying to help her son and that she's just leading him to the right path but I swear, she is just too much, her son is not like a bully or anything at school, he's actually doing pretty well like you! she likes to be pampered and have people stroke her ego. I noticed the she never ever compliments anyone!, not even complement someone in return if someone appreciates her. I don't like her and she doesn't appreciate good things on other people.
