I have it now with someone. Im the Venus hes the Saturn and we have the trine. He has not been able to let me go since we met last January. He said last night that no matter what he will always be there for me. Very persistent. Its weird because we had a very slow build up to where we are now and normally a guy would be cut off. I feel very protected by him and hes the younger one. Im falling for him, o god. IP: Logged |

I have the trine in my natal.I also have it in 2 relationships, both the trine. One is with my fiance. His Saturn conjuncts my Saturn, trines my Venus and completes a grand trine with my ASC. I feel like we're equals in how we take care of each other, we both can and do depend on the other. I definitely get the protector/provider feeling from him. I read somewhere that Saturn will support and chase Venus in his own way until he proves to be "the one" thru sheer perseverance and dedication, seems right. The other is with my TF. My Saturn trines his Venus, which in turn completes a grand trine with my Venus. His Sun/Merc complete the grand trine as well.. Eesh that's a lot of Saturn. I'd gladly go to the ends of the universe and back again for him. I've always been there for him in any circumstance. Seeing it from both sides I do think that the Saturn person can be a little overbearing (yes me too!) at times, but as long as their intentions are true the Venus person can't deny their love for their Saturn counterpart. Venus likes to be comfortable and loved and Saturn is willing to provide the things needed for such. I think the heaviness would come more from the square or opposition. But they can also prove binding (My fiance and I have the square in our composite) ------------------ Leo ASC, Pis Sun, Tau moon IP: Logged |

I have it with my hubby, 1 degree orb. He's Saturn. There are benefits, like, I know he would never leave me...I have complete confidence on that level. Plus he provides structure as Saturn does, and the seriousness has a sexy element to be honest. But there are serious drawbacks to the point where I have considered divorce. TOO stifling, too "locked in," not enough breathing room. Of course other aspects contribute to that problem (his moon opposing my Jupiter means big religious differences, for example.) We've been together 14 years.

Thank you for sharing I don't mean to pry or anything but could I ask what do you mean too ''locked in'' and not ''enough breathing room"? Does he impose his views on you? His moon trine my Jupiter btw

It's hard to describe or generalize; you know, the whole relationship is a long story, and I don't want to derail this thread too much, but I will try and describe. He's kind of a control freak. But 1) he's a Leo, and all the Leos I've been with were control freaks (coincidence?); and 2) he's much older than me, so the temptation to "parent" and play Saturn to the hilt was probably stronger for him. Moon trine Jupiter sounds good! Don't let me burst your hopes.

(Sigh) Well, I have a friend who's a Virgo with Venus & Mars in Leo. His Saturn is in Scorpio which is Trine to my Sun, Moon, Venus & Mars in Pisces. My Saturn in Libra is Sextile to his Venus & Mars. We met back in 2006 and became friends, but I didn't have a clue that he was interested in me as more than friends until February 2008. He surprised me with the romantic confession and I got scared and ran off. He did not give up and he tried again 4 months later, I declined. Then he tried again 6 months later, then I declined and now it's 2012 and we're still connected to eachother. He would never let this go and he would always bring up how I shut him down 3x's. It made me feel bad because he said that he was crushed that I turned him down, but he did not give up. I think that's Saturn's doing along with his Taurus Moon. (Jeez Louise.) But yeah, Saturn Trine or Sextile Venus or mars is very, very binding. You will always be connected to one another.IP: Logged |
