More than one of your personal planets, majorly aspecting their 7H ruler

For keeps??I have had many flings but only 2 long term relationships. 1: 7 years with a Leo Sun, Venus/Aries Moon/Aqua Mars. I have a 12H Leo cusp and 8H Aries cusp. Mars(virgo) at the VERY end of 12H, Lilith in 8H, Aqua in the 6H. 2: 5 years with a Pisces Sun, Venus/Scorpio Moon/Cancer Mars I have Pisces on the DSC and Pluto is allover the ******* place!! I was "taken care of" by the Leo and "taking care" of the Pisces.... If I could choose one of them and do it allover again I'd go with the Leo. I have almost no (neptune (4th), saturn(12th)) Fire in my chart and he has absolutely ZERO water. He was my True North and Leader except when I got ****** off..... IP: Logged |

Hanna, my 7th hitting her Venus, Mercury, Pluto and Jupiter and Uranus. Her 7th hitting my Sun, Mars and Mercury. Our composite 7th is a five planet stellium of Sun, Venus, Mars, Mercury and Neptune. The ruler of my 7th is in my 11th, which hits her 7th in Synastry. The ruler of her 7th is in her 10th, which hits my 2nd. My DSC is her Sun. Her DSC is my Sun. IP: Logged |

Ceridwen, but it's difficult to study charts when one is love struck, especially when things are going fabulously well for the time being, and then finding out there's no 7th magic. IP: Logged |

Originally I had meant attracted to us, but thinking about it if it's for keeps then the attraction is mutual - no? IP: Logged |

Well, partnerships (romantic and platonic) are ruled by the 7th house, right? So I'd say the 7th. Look at the DSC, it's ruler, and the planets within the house, as well as the aspects they make.I believe more casual friendships/acquaintance-ships are the 11th house's business. IP: Logged |

I think I am having a problem with the "for keeps" part as well. But I suppose your implying consistent signs present in your life. Well friendship wise even casual friendships have a theme of Scorpio influenced people even if I haven't seen them in years physically they keep in contact with me.But no 7th house planets unless I switch my natal chart to a different house system. First thing I thought of was Saturn when I read your title. House would be subjective depending on natal.IP: Logged |

hmmm...this is an interesting question.concerning the 7th...i dont think it is the 7th house it self but the ruler of the 7th house and where, what that is doing. Again just a theory...i dunno. only becuase so far i have noticed that the sign ruling my 7th house are always the people that look at me in a 7th house way instinctually. Also maybe your 10th house and what saturn is doing.(<-- though i have no personal experince with this.) IP: Logged |

Here's what I'm wondering - is there a way to look at natal charts and say, for example, "Aries with Gemini influences will stay in your life the longest." Or no?IP: Logged |

So I have Saturn in the 7th aspecting my moon and squaring my sun and Venus in the 11th. So this involves Capricorn (Saturn) Aries (Sun and Venus) and Taurus (Moon)... and now my question comes into play if those reveal characteristics or signs of people who will be in my life the longest. I just used those off the top of my head, although Gemini is my ASC. Let me go check the angles and I'll be back to edit this. ETA: So 1H is Gemini, empty. 4H is ruled by Virgo, 7H is Sag, with Saturn, Uranus and Neptunein there. And 10H is ruled by Pisces, lastly with Jupiter in the 12H ruled by Taurus. IP: Logged |

Without looking at your chart, Im thinking Pisces with Capricorn/Aquarius in their charts. You should post a chart in personal readings, and will try to give you some thoughts on what signs.IP: Logged |

Hey birdy, I posted that in PR. ------- So, I asked this same question on a different astrology board and got this response which I have a few questions about:
Venus is "in detriment" in Aries -- she is "exile". She is as far from home as she can get... It is Venus herself who causes the 12th House "sadness (and stuff)". She is the ruler of the house and "disposes" it. Her own nature is "determined" toward the 12th house stuff. Look up the words in quotes to see what Venus does. The answerer was speaking of my 12H ruler Taurus... so far, it seems like they're trying to say my love life has the potential to suck but I suppose I wanted verification of this from anyone here since this is where I'm more comfortable expressing myself and asking questions. Also, Mars in Gemini rules Venus in Aries, so they are yoked. And my guess is that Mercury is also in Aries, which creates a Mercury/Mars mutual reception.....further tying all this into a complex that feeds on itself. What happens when there's a mutual reception between planets?

With romantic relationships, i usually attract the "mix" of my DC sign (pisces), my 7th house Mercury (which is also my chart ruler), the sign of my DC ruler (Capricorn and Saturn), plus my 8th house sun and my 5th house. I used to ALWAYS attract Scorpio guys, even though i only have pluto in Scorpio. Big lessons with them, but they are just not good for me. Fortunately my bf is Aqua sun and he is very talkative, intelligent, funny and seems younger than his age, which fits well my Mercury in the 7th. And in friendships I attract those who are Mercurian, just like me (i have Virgo AC, Virgo Moon, Gemini MC)...my best friend of 10 years is Gemini, a good male friend is Virgo etc... IP: Logged |

Well, there are still other aspects that can make for magic; however the 7th helps people to be able to live in a real partnership between equal partners. There are quite some ways 7th house magic can happen, not just planets in there, though they are a part of the magic. For me honestly people putting planets in my 7th house do not do much. I very reliably react to the ruler of my 7th house though. But that is because of how my chart is "wired".
As my 7th house ruler is conjunct Sun in my 1st house, I am attracted to people who are a bit like a mirror to me. What other people may find endlessly boring, is definitely part of my attraction potential. Since Sun and 7th house ruler are in Sagittarius, I have a preference for the Jupiter-folks, and prefer them to any Gemini planet. The exception might be if said Gemini planet is around the middle of Gemini, as it then would fall onto my asteroid KARMA and trine my Moon. Ther are nice friendships with people possible. But that is just how my own chart is made. For someone else things might be different. I really would start checking how the sign of the 7th house and the sign and house of its rulers are intervowen in the own chart and how they get along with the personal planets in our natal. But yes I agree, when you are lovestruck, it is difficult to check a chart objectively. Also, the question remains: what constitutes good synastry?
Ask 10 astrologers, and you might get at least 12 different answers. Which is why I only listen to those who seem to make logical sense to me and above all who are consistent. IP: Logged |

Not necessarily. Someone might fit your 7th house exactly, and you think you could grow old with him and have a real partnership. However if you donīt fit his 7th house, he might only see you as a friend or a possible conquest, but not see you as longterm potential. it is also important to check what each individual is seeking in partnerships. For example someone with the ruler of 7th house in Aquarius or 11th house, might actually only see your relationship as having lonterm potential if you are friends to begin with. Someone with the ruler of 7th house in 5th house might need a lot of fun to even consider you as serious partner. For someone with the ruler of 7th house in 6th huose, it could be important that you are equal partners when it comes to your daily lives; what others might think of as boring household stuff, for these people might be a total condition and necessity in their close partnerships. my friend`s 7th house ruler is Saturn in 3rd house - for a long time she only went for guys who were wearing glasses, cause she thought they were intelligent! Well, her husband has not any glasses, but is one of the most intelligent people either of us has ever met. For her intellectual assets and the ability to talk and communicate was much more important than any romantic or passionate stuff. (Saturn in the 3rd house). IP: Logged |

So the action is with the 7th house ruler, eh. I knew it. This is nail-hit-head astrology. Love it!! quote: As my 7th house ruler is conjunct Sun in my 1st house, I am attracted to people who are a bit like a mirror to me.
I have the opposition. I actually had question about this: What does Sun in aspect to 7th house ruler say about the partner? IP: Logged |

For me, it has been a combination of influences. I think you have to find the right mix to get your answers. As I said in an earlier post, you should start by looking at house rulers. Of course I have an empty 7th house so I'm automatically directed to its ruler. My relationships with certain signs aren't transferable from one sphere of life to another. Eg. I bond emotionally, intellectually with Libras in my family, but clash with them outside of it. 7th house ruler; Neptune in Sagittarius, 4th house conj Moon oppose Sun sq Saturn The first person I remember loving turned out to be a Sagittarius w/ Pisces Moon. The first person I went all the way w/ was Sag w/ Gemini moon. If I was the settling down type, the verdict is out, I could see myself with a Sagittarius. <<-- I admitted this to myself back in 2008. Perhaps, I shouldn't be repeating that. At this moment in my life there's an enchanting Saggy with all the aspects I've admitted liking (moon in Scorp, Mars in Libra, #2 birth of lifepath #, etc...) OMG this is so intense I may flee...already have a plan in the works. Sexually, it's a rear Virgo I've met but didn't want to mount. I have Asc & 5th house ruler (Saturn) there. Ahhh, Virgos make me hot, but I've had trouble holding onto one. We either collide or fate steps in and separate us, even when I'm accommodating and agreeable Saturn is in my 12th, so maybe that's why. My most enduring friendships have been with solar, lunar Aries & *shocker* Scorpios. Aside from the Mars element, all my friends have a gentle lunar energy to them, born between the 20th & 29th, or the 2nd or 11th. I have Jupiter in Leo in my 11th house, with 11th house ruler in Gemini. I have not planets in Aries. quote: I bond emotionally, intellectually with Libras in my family, but clash with them outside of it.
Alright, I'm quoting myself, here... As for emotional bonds, I've bonded best with Libra, Sun & moon, in my family. My moon, showing my emotional side, is in the 3rd house. 3rd ruler is Pluto in Libra in the 1st. So, I'm tempted to say it's a combination of aspects. Perhaps clues lie with your 7th house ruler as well as your moon's (your bonding agent) house ruler.
