I can relate to this even though there's nothing in Cancer in my natal chart.

Hmmm yes..
Duad-system, I have Scorpio Moon conj Neptune. In here I have Scorpio Venus. Totally different energies but somehow both kinda fit (though the Scorpio Moon more).
My 3 Aries planets remain the same - Sun, Merc and Mars, but in duad chart there's a T-cross formed of Sun conj Pluto in Virgo opp Mars conj Uranus in Pisces sq Venus in Sag (and Venus in Sag kinda fits me in a way, for a Taurus Venus lol). I think that energy is definitely hard rather than soft as pictured here.
