Hm.. we have a lot in common 8ofHearts!

I'm a Scorpio Moon. Most of my best girlfriends have Pisces, Cap or Taurus moons. Most of my boyfriends were Taurus Moon, one Cap Moon. (I have Mars in Taurus.) Weirdly, I do not know too many Cancer Moons but...that may be because my Saturn in there. I have a few Scorpio moon friends but honestly, I think it's too intense for day-to-day stuff.

Minus the Cap-Moons this could be my story!
(although another Mars & Saturn sign myself)

Leo-Moons as friends: yess! (but that's my sun-sign)

Moon on my angles? yesss or at least not far away from one in mainly the 7th or 10th (Pisces/Taurus)

Btw,
If I see it right, my Scorp-Moon is in the duad of Taurus.

my mother has a Taurus Moon natally, and so it might be for that reason that I have so many Taurus Moon friends- I kind of understand how to deal with them after having dealt with my mother all of my life.

That's interesting.. My mother has a Gemini Moon and I usually get along really well with this Moon sign. I also attract many in my life.

I like people with Capricorn moons who aren't also Scorpio suns. I am finding that combination is too selfish for my Aries / Taurus self, but I appreciate the placement alone as I think they're not as reactive as Sag moons whom I had the fortune of experiencing, and dealing with the most. I think so far my most compatible moons are other fixed signs, specifically Aquarius as it compliments my rising and Sun sign.

I'm a Pisces Moon and I always find that I tend to draw alot of Taurus, Gemini, Virgo, Leo and Scorpio Moon folks. I tend to attract Sagittarius and Capricorn Mooners too, but I don't really seem to like them in the longrun. I don't know what it is about them.

I'm a Capricorn Moon and I usually get along best with Scorpio/Taurus/Leo & Pisces Moons most of my friends have these placements, I like those placements because even though they're really fun they can be serious too, and you can have great conversations with them and they have been very loyal to me.

I also really adore Aries Moons and I have also been friends with quite alot Gemini Moons and they are fun to hang out with but they usually don't stay around very long, the friendship usually fades fast.
But of course there are always exceptions.

It's true for me!
Gemini and cap do well for some reason. I would have never called it, ever!
But I also agree with ShineYourLight...
At some point I'm running off somewhere else. I like Taurus moons a lot. This guy at work is Taurus moon and we get along amazingly well. Then I started looking at charts and found that I know or knew a few.

I'm an early Leo moon with a Capricorn moon guy and it works! He's emotional, and deep, but in a controlled way.

He let's me have my moments and outbursts and reassures me and talks me down. Very emotionally supportive.

Sometimes he feels a little cold, but I just have to remember everything he does for me (and he's always buying me presents--so considerate/thoughtful). That same coldness is just a calculated feel that has positives and negatives.

I have a Sag moon & my hubby has a Gemini moon. We seem to jive okay (obviously, we're married lol) but we have lots of other good stuff to work with. I don't think this pairing would normally work.

Both of our moons are in H4 and we both expressed an "at home" feeling with each other when we met. That may contribute to our bond.

A round of applause with anyone with Cancer as their Moon sign. This is an especially challenging position(especially for the men).

When it comes to attraction, my Mars in Libra dominates. I seem to notice Mercury/Venus ruled Moons most easily.

I seem to shy away from all the others-especially Saturn ruled Moons(Capricorn and Aquarius)

So its Taurus,Libra and Pisces. And I know that Pisces is not necessarily "Venus ruled" ,but they have a strong romantic nature that is very endearing.

I also like Virgo Moon people-they have underestimated intellectual depth.

Generally,I respond well to "gentleness". But I have to add that sometimes the predominance of a certain energy in personal planets, does tend to "downplay" the position of the Moon.

My BF has Sun,Mercury and Venus in Libra conjunct. Mars is sextile in Sagittarius. But the Moon is in Scorpio.

He is not at all fierce.I am not intimidated by this Mars ruled moon at all.

But I would definitely shy away from an Aries filled chart with this position. That's just plain dangerous!

Libra MOON, here.

I have mostly watery moons around me, a lot of Cancer, some Scorpio, some Pisces. I am also partial to Aries MOON.

I have friction with Aquarius MOON, a distant admiration for Taurus MOON, and indifference about Capricorn MOON. Other Libra MOON people feel like siblings to me, heh.

ARIES - yes, exciting and invigorating, admirable & inspiring to be around
TAURUS - no, only in distant appreciation of their practicality
GEMINI - ? I don't know any off the top of my head
CANCER - yes, in all senses
LEO - maybe, only if you can get past their propensity to be self-focused
VIRGO - no, seem kinda withdrawn & impersonal to me
LIBRA - maybe, in a sibling sense, can get along, but can also get on each other's nerves
SCORPIO - yes, but needs something to lighten their intensity
SAGITTARIUS - yes, as friends, since they lack sensitivity
CAPRICORN - no, they're surprisingly energetic/competitive, tiring to feel toward
AQUARIUS - no, they feel like aliens on some other wavelength
PISCES - yes, very easy to be around

You'd figure there would be elemental affinity for air, but nope. Water and fire seem to do best.
