my vote would be on:Saturn in 8th in stressful aspects to Mars, Pluto, Uranus, and/or Neptune (for that idealized sadistic "romance") Saturn in 8th house is really sexually domineering and gross position. I'm sure there's other indicators of sadism but this is the one that pops out. IP: Logged |

I have saturn in 8th, and I can't relate :/ (sexually dominating? No wai :P) My tips:
-Mars/Pluto hard aspects (specially square);
-Sun/Pluto hard aspects;
-Mars or Pluto (or saturn?) in 8th;
-Sun-Mars-Pluto t-squares;
-The ruler of 8th in hard aspect with sun or pluto or saturn;
-The ruler of 8th in Scorpio hard or hard positioned.

When you have Uranus on the Midheaven thrown in this mixture, one likes to be known to the world for these things. There's the need to actually build an entire career in this kind of business. The desire to succeed in life stems from the urge of developing Uranian qualities. The uncannier, the more rebellious and "the stranger than the unusual" position one dreams of having in society, the greater the urge of manifesting the energy of placements in the natal in ways hard to anticipate whose purpose is either to unlock the next level of shock-value or to reform the whole mental process of the social group targeted by whatever business she or he might get involved with. The MC represents the labels or the lack of which we feel comfortable to attach to ourselves. ------------------

Hmmm.... I've Uranus conj. MC and am repulsed by this type of thing. Uranus can come out in quite healthy ways as well. So i'd be careful to put that one aspect in such a small box.  IP: Logged |

People who **** me off or go against my wishes aggravate me to extremes.
Like I have self control but after a while, I just look at people, tilt my head, and smile... And then Sadism. u_uSupply and demand... rarities... it's not really inflicting pain for self -enjoyment but more for a special cause.
Sometimes just to feed my ego when I was hurt. But in the end of the day, we are all just people. And we are not bad nor good people. Our actions just are what they may be Eventually we all learn our lessons and it could've happened to anyone. so thats why i control myself, but i need to learn sometimes too. so thats sadism for ya
and I would guess a moon square saturn for determination and a fixed expression/mode.etc.

And I have almost all the aforementioned placements and I'm not into this type of stuff either, especially when we're talking about that serious, extreme stuff that borders inhumanity. If we're referring to its lighter side, then, yes, I can take up the role of a Dominatrix anytime. But the nucleus of this topic is to shed light on the aspects which really, really are responsable for a great number of people to classify them as "jumping the shark".
Never did I state Uranus on the MC alone is the cause of such manifestations. If you had read my previous posts more carefully and attentively you'd have noticed the Uranus influence was examined as a part of the entire mixture of causes, not as a single entity. Really, no one here has ever tried to pidgeonhole a simple, mere, aspect. ------------------
