I know this is a quincunx pairing but I've known her all my life so that makes the adjusting a lot easier.

She has Libra Moon, Sag Merc Rx,and Sag Venus conjunct Neptune.

We get along great. The thing is, I read so much negativity about this pairing that it's a little disconcerting. However, I don't let it affect me.

Do you guys know of any male Gemini, female Scorpio relationships that are successful? What were the difficult parts? How did you overcome them? Scorpio ladies, what do you like and not like about your Gem guy? Gem guys, what do you like and not like about your Scorpion lady (in relation to astrology)?

But one of my aunts is a Gemini and her husband is a Scorpio, they've been together since they were 18 and (happily, I guess) married for 20 or so years. They have 2 daughters. But they have very similar patterns in their natal charts (and their Moons trine..), so of course there's more to it than the Sun sign.

But, your Scorpio gal doesn't seem to be the typical Scorpio since she has so much Sag and a Libra Moon. I think it's definitely a plus for you.

yes, supposedly inconjunct signs are very incompatible more so, gem and scorp.

nope. but, it is a very popular pairing, and many say the sex is :fireworks:

i know there was k. perry and russell brand...and look what happened.
and then, princess grace and prince rainier. rumour is that he he cheated on her and was very violent toward her. she also had her lovers. they were together until her death...but, you know, marrying into royalty is marrying forever.
he looked pretty shaken after she died. maybe they did love each other in spite of the drama. who knows...

he is hilarious, he is a good dancer, he has rhythm. he makes me laugh a lot, he is adventurous. he is bright.

dont like, he takes everything more lightly....he interrupts, he doesnt seem to be very stable. he is too charming to everybody. im not sure if the gem can provide that emotional support that scorpios need.

i dont know....i think that maybe, both signs can want the same thing out of a relationship, but the means to get it is expressed differently. i think that a gem male can find the scorp gal too stifling.
i think they see our passion, loyalty and devotion as too much for them.

and then, there is the fact that scorps are very private and no social butterflies, and here you have the gem, mercury, the planet of communication...with hundreds of friends and getting invited to all places.

i think the libra moon is a plus. but, im not sure about the sag, you think so?
i know a gem-sag couple and although they were fascinated with one another....now, it is cats and dogs. but that is just one example.
but anyways, im into composites now...so, im recognizing that there is more to compatibility and success than synastry charts.

Hi hikoro,

Well, it's the same element.. so even if they're opposite signs, I think it still adds some "mutability" to the Scorpio lady, so she may not be as fixed or jealous/controlling as a "regular" Scorp, so there's a chance for the Gemini man not to feel tooo possessed or "stifled".

Oh and yes, I agree with you about composites.. I still find it hard sometimes to interpret them and especially see how they fit it with the synastry, but all in all, composite charts are usually very important when it comes to a long-term relationship and its (potential) ending.

I COMPLETELY agree. She and I are in the same situation. I always felt we wouldn't get together until we were older because we wouldn't have been mature enough to handle such a connection.

If it makes you feel any better about the fact that they divorced, my Dad's Neptune squares my Mom's Venus and my Mom's Neptune squares my Dad's Moon so... it was only a matter of time before the fun times weren't enough to sustain things.

Funnily enough, after marriage with my dad, my mom married an Aries and they've been together for 25 years now. Guess my Mom likes those inconjunct relationships. Although maybe it made more sense for her in that her second husband's NN is in Scorp and her NN is in Aries. And the whole Mars originally ruling Scorp thing...

But I digress. Sorry.

I think that in general (if I may speak for my parents) they had a crapload of fun together. They were kind of pranksters and partiers when they were younger and liked to enjoy life, plus they laughed a lot. I think that automatically adds years to a relationship. They are both an odd mix of superficial and sensitive, but that probably relates to their Moon signs combined with their Sun signs (mom is Gem Moon, dad is Cancer Moon).

My first and current gf is a scorpio sun,moon,mars,venus,ASC and i am a gemini sun,ASC,venus,mercury. This is based on experience, i am often inconsiderate towards her she misses me and do alot of things for me but naturally i like to bounce around and i dont reciprocate the same amount of love back towards her so she gets hurt. We argue alot, mostly because i could go for a couple of days without contacting her because i need a break i need time alone-its dramatic and intense but and the end of it its lovely and we love each other more and grow stronger also understand each other better. She always say i can talk very well and thus turn wrong into right and vice versa-which always make her at fault lol- i know its my bad but its just my natural reaction. Contrary to what people always say, gemini and scorpios wont go well cause scorpio are possessive and gemini need freedom, i was skeptical at first but i learn that if you really love someone you would want her to be possessive of you, and her possessiveness is kinda lovely as well, so i actually allow myself to be controlled by her though i dont really like the feeling of being bounded. She is mysterious and secretive(which was what attracted me) at first but after we got together for long she began to open up slowly and privately(i realised she also has a couple of 12th house), she is not the type who will let out her private life to anyone even her family or me at the start. She is very loyal really loyal. Even with my gemini venus placement and her not being "prettier" than other girls(superficial of me i know) i still only think and love her the most though sometimes i might waiver abit i would still go back to her like a sick puppy. She really loves me alot, cries alot for me and she is willing to lose her life for me, yes its that intense, its basically a very loving/hate relationship with alot of drama.It could turn out well if both of you give/take which is putting aside astrology most couples should do. She is the only being that could make me a chauvinistic rational detached alpha male really cry and i realised i really cry like a baby lol.

This is one relationship that you as a gemini male will really learn more about yourself(how you love) and what is love in a deeper meaning from the scorpio female.
