I have Mars in Libra with sextile aspect to Jupiter and no challenging aspects with other planets.So my Mars in Libra is pretty comfortable being passive.

If someone has their Moon in Aries/Capricorn ,they would more likely be the ones who seem "in charge" of the relationship.

But who would feel the attraction more? I would. Libra Mars sits on the fence for a LOOONG time before acting on anything.

We can't 'confirm' that Capricorn Moon would be attracted to Aries Mars - because people are different. Not every Capricorn Moon person will be attracted to every Aries Mars. The square aspect can play out in different ways.

My own Moon is in Capricorn (although my Sun is Aries). I like Aries Mars men. I've never been strongly sexually attracted to one but I do like their energy. They're usually uplifting and put me in a good mood. I think this is because of the conjunction to my Sun though.

An opposition to my moon drives me crazy. I hate it. I can feel it immediately. They irritate the heck out of me. I haven't met anyone with their Mars conjunct my moon yet. I think I just had a Mars conjunct my moon transit. It made me more angry but haven't met a person with that Mars.
