^ Bah, that's why this placement needs an easy-going Moon partner.

My husband has primarily female friends (he and most men just don't really connect) AND he has a job that's heavy on travel, and I 100% trust him. There's even this one site that he visits that's primarily women who are all half in love with him - I joke about his visiting his gaggle of wimmins

It can't hurt that he texts, calls, and sends pictures all the time, though.

That's funny, can relate though, I suspect a lot of it stems from just striking up interesting conversations.

For me, coupled with a Saggie Sun and Scoprio Venus and Mars..I've been accused by several GF's that were just sure I was sleeping around them.

Kinda funny actually, it's hard work keeping one GF, having several would just be a full time job..ain't no one got time for all of that..

It doesn't bode well with my Mrs. She's super territorial and would rip the head off any female who tries anything.

It also doesn't bode well with the guys. They view the attire, attention to detail on the grooming and the amiable speech patterns to mean two things: (1) homosexual/metrosexual/effeminate, and (2) player. I have guys who hide their wives without me even saying or doing anything.

YTA - I've known people to assume both about my husband, too
re: Your wife: It seems to be working, though!
And woe betide the girl who actually crosses a line

Padre - On top of this aspect, my husband's also a Gemini Sun with a Saggie Moon. I don't care /how/ much Saturn action he has in his chart, he's still a chatty, witty, sociable guy (not that I'm biased ).
Oh, and then there's a (if I do say so myself) sexy, sexy tight Pluto/Sun trine.

I've watched women kind of fall under a spell while he talks - just talks.
I know that he's not hopping around flirting-with-intent - he's just being himself. He can't help how others take it.

Whenever someone's commented that he's charming (or some variation thereof), I'm just like

Thaaat's funny.
When his sister first moved in with us (she fell on hard times awhile back) and had some...let's call them "high emotional needs", he joked, "You know, love, even if I was ever inclined to cheat, I don't think I could handle keeping that many women happy - ain't no one got time for that."

That is funny, I'll have the same thing happen with guys GF's or Wives, they are just uncomfortable with the (charisma, rapport?).

Mockingbird is quite right, this placement means women just like to talk with us. I think it is because of a sort of mix of traits that women like and manliness traits.

And Mockingbird, it is really true, like to hear a female pov but usually the relationship with one women is do deep the whole "let's have two or three" just sounds like soo much work, phone calls, texts a few moments of pleasure would not be worth the hours of effort.

So I'd suppose a positive aspect would be a male who women like, but we focus just on our one romantic interest.

Well, my Mrs. has the same issue, with her macho-ness and her ability to shop talk power tools and horsepower/torque (but not sports.. curious).

She keeps a garage tool chest like Tim Allen. Well, my kitchen cabinet is like Julia Child's, so we're even.

Having looks only exacerbates the situation. There never fails to be a flock of men around her at a party.

You should see the cub scouts meetings in school I'm hanging with the girl scout moms next door lol

My ex has Moon in Taurus trine Venus in Capricorn.

He's very sensitive, sweet, caring, giving, and affectionate. He's very supportive. He's VERY popular with the opposite sex (because he's gorgeous, but also because he's so sweet). He's not chauvinistic at all, which is incredibly important to me. He's definitely in touch with his feminine side. He can't cook, but he can certainly eat! lol

This thread has been a fun read. The Sadge guy I know actually has the Moon/Venus square (actually a t-square involving Jupiter), but he's pretty much the same as what you all are describing.

I think positive Moon/Mars aspects in women might have a similar effect in that they also easily make friends and attract the opposite sex. I know that I do, and I have my Moon/Mars/Jupiter/Uranus in grand trine to each other. I've always had groups of male friends.

Then again YTA, you also are Alpha Male/Mover and Shaker businessman, this is what I meant about a sort of duality for that placement.

I cook at my home as well but also bike up and down mtns and have a couple of micro businesses.

Apropos this conversation and earlier statements from you, YTA:

I've been sick (sicksicksick) the past few days.
Like, yesterday and the day before, the only thing that got me out of bed was to lurch to the bathroom. Today, I've been able to hobble out to watch the kiddo (now napping again) bop around the living room.
During this time, F's taken care of everyone and everything while working from home.

He said today, "You know, while I was sweeping up after little Miss, I thought, 'In a couple of years, I could do this. I mean, if you want to go out and earn the cheddar, I could do the Mr. Mom thing, though I would have to beef up my cooking. And I'd need some side work. Maybe I can schedule a dinner or two during my stay-mostly-at-home-weeks."

And the thing is (as you've said about yourself in the past, YTA), he totally could (be a stay-at-home-dad).
He'd rock it...most likely much harder than I do.
Don't get me wrong - I relish the opportunity to be there for my children, especially little bean. But I'm good at that and cooking/baking (I make some wonderful from-scratch bread ), but that's it.
I blow as a housekeeper.
He relishes it - the most Virgoan and Cancerian person with no Virgo and Cancer placements I've ever met.

And, hey - I have a 10th House Leo Mars exactly conjunct my NN and 2d away from a Virgo Jupiter, so I guess it could happen.

Do other Venus/Mars men get all domestic-like?

My whole problem is that I don't just want to produce cheddar. I want the whole darn cattle ranch, cheese processing plant, distribution networks, retail stores plus exclusive licensing rights to cheese.

I've got a herd of very expensive cowboys to feed at home, so I'd best keep stirring that milk cream and fermenting it into cheddar. Lol.

Yes, I'm a consummate Alpha male in the professional world. As much as I am familiar and comfortable at home, I rule the roost at work as a manager and deal maker. So, that's what my wife wants me to do.

Doux Reve,

I love French cooking. Actually, I'm partial to French women too. It's half my wife's heritage (the other half is Spaniard). Anyway, I like to make French dishes and desserts.

OhLaLa!

The guy I'm dating has aries moon trine capricorn venus!

He's a chef, pretty much won't let me cook or even do the dishes...

I have a progressive disability, pretty much doesn't impact me currently, but down the line at some point I won't be able to do physical/domestic stuff - - this future doesn't phase him in the least! Now I understand why it doesn't phase him...

Yes, he's a momma's boy, yes he has a lot of female friends... he's very masculine tho, street smart too...

I feel like I hit the jackpot - ha!

I don't have positive moon-Venus (square by sign). That's probably why I don't attract the trine ppl. I mainly attract the square/opp or the conjunction. Also conjunction isn't always good.

Lol said the same thing.

I have natal Moon (8th house) square my Venus (5th house) and I've always been told how charming I am. But my charm isn't in a pretentious way. Its a more "in your face" kind of charm..

So funny I once said that.
I was with someone who had the sextile (Cancer/Taurus) and they would indeed cook for me... (and cook well). I'd do the dishes though (50/50).

Definitely love Moon trine/sextile Venus (in both men and women). Can't speak about the conjunction much.

Square and opposition are not my thing at all. The energy is off-putting most of the time.

When there's no aspect between Moon & Venus the person seems to not really care about love or affection in the same way as someone who has an aspect between 'em. They lack warmth/loving energy, from my experience so far.

Very interesting.

So what happens when you have a planet like the sun, at the midpoint of someone's venus/moon trine? Does that mean the person is irresistibly attracted to you or are you irresistible attracted to the persono, or is it a two way street of attraction?

Belage,
I can only think of one person who had their Sun close to my Moon/Venus MP, and while I didn't know them well, I did appreciate them.
