9H Taurus with Jupiter, Chiron, SN-all conjunct MC. All opposite Uranus.I have worked with horses since I was 9. Always in the barn! I worked hard. This brought me to a 7 year stint as a judge for horse competitions. Sag and Jupiter much?! Education was boring and redundant since I only wanted to be outside but I managed to get through chef's school 3 years) and a BA in Psychology. Daily life and my own willingness to digest everything I read has taught me more than 100 years in school could ever have! IP: Logged |

^ Judge for horse competitions?? Yeah, couldn't get more Sag than that. My 9th house plays host to Mr Pluto. It's in Scorp, so ruler of the 9th in the 9th. "Distant journeys are for him an unquenchable thirst developed through his young ages, and might be an unattainable desire for long years due to poverty issues." ^ So effing true. Read that on some site. Will link the article if I find it again. Yeah, higher education is more or less an obsession with me. Luckily, things are (sort of) progressing in that direction, but don't wanna count my eggs before they hatch. IP: Logged |

Saturn in Aries in 9th house with SN. I don't understand it anymore! Wanted to go for medicine (I'm a clever student, not dumb) ended up going for naturopathy (because during the exam I saw darkness in front of my eyes and I couldn't even see!) with strict, traditional, orthodox, superstitious environment and I'm a Uranus dominant person I rebelled severely leading to mass boycott by those bigots. I tried to leave only to realize that I'd get hit by a lawsuit (limit 2 years) so I stayed. Forced to learn ancient languages and read ancient scriptures which have NO scientific support whatsoever. Just based on anecdotes. -_- I tried to take admission out of my country and realized I can't because of my country's rules. I have stopped going there and I'm now preparing for my medical entrance test. I have an ultra stupid unemployed Pisces Sun Capricorn Moon Aquarius rising father who is satyromaniac and has many girlfriends. I have attempted suicide many times. I told my father and he said "Gods grace is received when you lose your partner, parents and kids" and "you should do whatever you want to (suicide) out of the house or I'll get in trouble" and "I'm not there for you in any way". Wow! I'm not under depression now but I'm stressed out IP: Logged |

I have a Gemini 9th house... and it certainly fits. I happily studied a little bit of everything for as long as I could, and then forced myself to tie it together with a boring Master's in Library Science. I love knowledge, I'm curious about everything... but I'm not suited for theory and analysis. As for placements in the 9th, I have Sun and Chiron in Gemini and Mars conjunct Mercury in Cancer (conjunct the Midheaven). And aspects galore... I have a very active third house too, and several oppositions between the two. The Sun opposes Saturn, Chiron opposes Uranus, Mars/Mercury oppose Neptune. Mars/Mercury also squares the Ascendant as well as my North Node, trines Pluto and sextiles the Moon. Can't really say that I feel the aspects have directly influenced my education or attitudes thereto. Placements, perhaps... Sun as well as Mercury in the 9th probably just makes my 9th house even more Gemini. Chiron in there hasn't had much impact I don't think, though it probably made itself known through the anxiety I felt at moving abroad for my university studies. IP: Logged |
