Sounds like a great combo 
Personally, I don't think that trines to the ASC affect the appearance much. Conjunctions are the most effective, next the opposition, and then maybe the square. But, trines are flowing aspects and don't make a "huge" impact, appearance-wise. Of course you may have some traits, still.The people I've known with Uranus/Neptune on the ASC or in the 1st house all have pretty dark complexion and dark, wavy hair. The height varies, but they are quite "exotic" looking, or at least look a bit different from all the other people. But a trine would probably make you creative, original, independent & dreamy - interesting person.  IP: Logged |

Imo, even sextiles to the ascendant are powerful. I don't have the trine but my ascendant's in aquarius with uranus conjunct neptune in the 12th and this is the tightest aspect in my chart. I don't look exotic but I've kind of dark wavy hair that curls up at the ends. I also have a block face structure and broad shoulders - nowhere close to petite. My skin's clear and I blush & tan easily. My fingers are long and delicate looking while my nails are small & sq except for 1 almond on each hand. IP: Logged |

I have that exact combination too (same signs, both aspects, empty first house, and in the 9th house), except mine is also trine Venus.I think Doux Reve put it pretty well. ------------------
