What do people mean by the V or the D ?

I am a Pisces Sun and I always have my nails painted, both feet and hands (and make-up and dresses and skirts and stiletto heels etc), as I love being feminine.The men in my life have always adored my feet as well as my long thin legs and so it feels very natural to me. The powerful Capricorn man I used to be with until recently, literally kneeled in front of me almost every time, but I assume it was not because of my Pisces Sun. As for me, I believe I have already written somewhere that I really love spoiling my partner and that means giving him a full body massage anytime he wants to and...a foot spa. But again I believe it must be something else besides my Pisces Sun.
