What aspects, signs or house placements do we look for in sociopaths?Could there have been a deep childhood memory which can cause sociopaths? What aspects are common in sociopaths? IP: Logged |

OK, i'm not trying to ruffle any feathers here. I believe that one placement doesn't sum up a person at all. I have noted, and talking to some of my friends -- who i don't believe are true sociopaths but have gotten them to admit to being a "splash of a sociopath". These people all had Sagittarius luminaries. Some sociopaths MO isn't to kill people, it's to live their life, getting away with what they want, using people, playing games with people and not feeling remorse for any of their actions. I know two people I suspect are sociopaths. One actually admitted to me she thought she was one but in a backwards way. She also was the one who clued me into the other one being one too. They both had difficult relationships with parents. I have birth charts for both, although one is rounded to an hour so I don't trust that one completely. ^ one is Taurus/Sagittarius/Cancer RIsing other is Sagittarius/Cancer/Cancer Rising. (second is one who admitted) IP: Logged |

I have many articles on this because I am fascinated by it. To me, these are some astrological indicators1. Very, very stressed Jupiter. Without it, I don't think you could be a sociopath. This is one man's opinion 2.A colder Moon but I am not sure what would happen with a very afflicted warmer moon. 3. Afflictions to the Moon I am constantly studying charts to come up with insights. You really have to do that in Astrology, imo To put it another way, a warm cancer moon with no/few afflictions would not be a sociopath. A Jupiter with no/few afflictions would be a sociopath. I know several sociopaths, as friends, and have done their charts but I am not an expert just a humble student.

Excess of water could lead to sociopathy imo.Or at least PERCEIVED sociopathy; the inability to regulate one's emotions so that they just allow them to be expressed (even the more primal ones). IP: Logged |

I saw a chart of a serial killer. I can't remember his name. He had all water. He had a grand trine in water and I can't remember the rest but I was amazed. ------------------ Passion, Lust, Desire. Check out my journal http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

I remember seeing the FBI stats that showed water was the element most likely to be in prison for committing violent crimes (with Cancers leading the way at #1). I wasn't surprised at all. If the chart has a huge water stellium, watch out. These people can be violent. Water is all about extremes. The best and worst people in the world are heavily water.
Air is the exact opposite; irritating and insensitive but basically harmless. IP: Logged |

If you're defining "sociopath" as peach has, as someone who manipulates other people to get their way, I would look for afflictions with the seventh house, both planets and rulers. I'd also look at hard aspects to Neptune for the potential for deceit and pretense. Maybe the 12th house as well.IP: Logged |

You guys all have different definitions! But okay, someone who does whatever they please with no concern about others - that could be a Jupiter / Uranus issue (self-righteousness, no sense of "rules" and what's right or wrong, amorality). Someone who has no empathy - now that's tricky because I don't know anyone who has zero empathy. Most human beings have at least some sense of empathy, even if it's deeply buried. But an afflicted Saturn and / or Uranus could make it harder for the person to "access" their more compassionate side, from my experience.

It's weird that I've met two Sag influenced people who both described themselves as sociopaths (literally said "I'm a sociopath") and yet they also both claimed to have big hearts. I guess Jupiter causes cognitive dissonance.... ???IP: Logged |
