I noticed that with people whose Suns conjunct their Ascendants, there's no multiple layers/depth to their personalities or whatsoever, they are exactly as they seem.I have the Sun( Sag) Square Ascendant (Virgo) aspect and I'm nothing like I seem. Don't judge a book by it's cover works best with the Square aspect but with the conjunction " the book is exactly the same as the cover " is the most suitable . That's my personal observation IP: Logged |

I have no opinion on the conjunction but I can tell you that with my Virgo rising trine Cap Sun what you get is much worse than what you see ------------------ I'm sooo happy! I mean, cappy. IP: Logged |

The Asc is often compared to a mask, but I like to think of it as a crystal. When the light of the sun hits it, it can pass straight through or refract in any number of angles. So with Asc conj sun...yes it's fairly straight forward.IP: Logged |

"Blinded by the light" might be another phrase for this conjunction. Sure they let it all hang out, but can we handle seeing it directly? Maybe we need to look off to the side a bit!IP: Logged |

I have a Sun conjunct my Ascendant, and yes what you see is what you get with me.I never played 'games' or understood people who do. Actually am surprised at the amounts who do, but everyone has their own life to live, so it's okay. Some people though sometimes think am playing tricks on them, as they are not used to people just showing them who they are without any strings attached, u know the "Is it possible they are really that honest, or are they going to pull a trick up their sleeves any second now"...i'd say it is bothersome, but it isn't. It's actually entertaining. I have to add might as well be like this as i also have *** Neptune squaring my ascendant.... IP: Logged |

Maybe it depends if the sun is in the 1st house or 12th with the conjunct. I know someone where their sun is in the 1st house conjunct the asc and what you see is what you get. No second guessing. I know someone where the sun is in the 12th house conjunct the asc. In certain aspects, what you see is what you get, but there are so many layers to that person's personality that I would of never guessed nor does that person like to put out there/come across initially as such. More guarded I suppose. IP: Logged |

Definately. 100% And I highly appreciate honesty from others aswell. I can tell I have a lack of diplomacy. To be honest not many people can stand my direct speach and oppinion. I rarely hide it and it is not allways nice and pink (what do you expect from Sorpios?) so sometimes this strait forward attitude brings pain to others. But I have Mercury in 1st house too.
