Topic: Taurus man, Scorpio woman relationship.

Has anyone ever seen or been a part of this duo? I am deeply in love with this Taurus man and although I know he doesn't love me back just yet, I know he genuinely cares which is all we need since it's only been a year of off and on drama between us. Now I'm at the point where I know AND want to submit. Does anyone else ever feel like there is a constant power struggle and the only way to resolve this is if one submits to the other and it's most likely going to be the Scorpio female? Me and my guy have this insane connection.
He also has a Taurus moon, Mercury in Aries, Venus/Mars in Cancer. I have my Ascendant in Taurus, moon in libra, mercury in scorpio, venus in scorpio, mars in sagittarius.I am slowly learning how to be patient and release my intensity in doses. We are just friends at this point in our relationship, but I can almost guarantee we'll be back in each other's arms soon enough. I've heard a lot of stories with Scorpio / Taurus couples and a lot of people say that a Taurus man is the best match for a Scorpio woman.But I can't tell you much because I have zero experience with Taurus men. Anyway, good luck with your bull! IP: Logged |

I've had some experience with this sort of relationship. I'm a Taurus male and I was dating a Scorpio female. It was an absolute nightmare.
Of course it started off brilliantly but as time when on our relationship just degraded and we eventually hated each other with a passion. I blamed her for the breakdown in our relationship and it was her fault. She cheated on me because I was "boring" even though I literally had to do everything in the relationship. It sucks. I'll stop there. Yanmorg, I wouldn't just count on the Sun signs, it gives an unrealistic representation of the truth. For passion, Taurus man/Scorpio woman is brilliant. Maybe for emotion aswell, but for communication, it may not be the best, unless the other aspects support this.

Taurus/Scorpio relationships breed all kinds of resentment and love/hate feelings. I know you are attracted, but I've seen these relationships (Tau/Sco) become domestic violence. Save yourself the trouble and find a different sign.IP: Logged |

I have one that is very close. I am Scorp, Oct 26 1973 Sun and moon scorp, ascend Leo. I am married to May 21 1974 born at 10am...he is a cusper, ruled by Mercury and venus, technically he is Sun mercury, moon taurus and he also ascends Leo.
I am VERY new to astrology but I am going to take some guesses at your situation.
These are all true for my relationship, and the reasons I fell in love and married my husband.
He is structured in nearly every area of his life. The only place there is not an abundance of structure is his social life. He flits around like a social butterfly among his group of friends and he is a chatty Gem...all the time. He is also a very friendly person and to women he can come off friendly and be taken as flirty. NOW, I am a scorpio. That should go all over me...but it just doesnt. He can have them if he wants but he will lose the best sex he has ever had, and I can cook. The 2 things Taurus men want.
That said, he is stable and Leo loyal to family. He is laid back, easy going and very geared toward home and building our future. He doesnt seem to mind the possesiveness I can show, but out of respect for him I do not overly possess,hence not making a big deal about how a girl will take him. I tease him about it to ease my tension and knock him into reality about taking another girl home. LOLHe is calm, good natured and doesnt move much in stressfulness.
All things that shake me to my core being such an emotional sign. He also can take the drama...but him being him, I think he just ignores me and to tell the truth most of the time I need to get over myself. So ignoring me works. All of that said, I think for the 2 to work well together you have to grow up and be mature in your relationship. You will not always get your way with a taurus, they are patient but not speed bumps. You can not have all of the control although they will make you feel heard and that you have a voice in your life together.
For me, my man is more consistant person in his day to day and I choose to submit to that when I am being rediculousand emotional. He also communicates well with me in those times.
I could go on but that may be enough if you are still reading.

Whenever your dealing with opposite signs, other planetary influences really play in. Opposites can be a real strength with other compatible planets since each will be receptive and appreciative of the others strengths and different ability the other can bring to the relationship. If the other planets are tense, the differences may just be viewed as annoying, boring, or devisive. For example if you both have a lot of trined water going on, a Taurus moon could add some practicality and groundedness to all that emotionalism and could provide durability and steadiness with a Scorpio sun. But, if the rest of the chart is showing lots of other squares or tense aspects, the placement could just foster emotional estrangement. Without some other watery insight, Taurus often can't fathom the intense emotional depths. I know a Taurus woman and Scorpio man that broke up and she can't fathom his withdrawal and refusal to open up and can't read his deeper motives. But, his moon squares her sun. Both fixed signs with backs turned in stubbornness. I have a Taurus moon to my scorps sun, but I also have a cancer sun and Scorpio rising and a Venus cancer. So, I easily read my scorps underlying motives to the point it drives him a bit nuts since he can't use his masks to hide and says he can't fool me at all. Oh, and from a pure strategy point of view, don't chase him. Really. If you want this to move forward, he will have to initiate a bigger commitment and it won't happen if you chase. If the pull is as strong as you assert, stay away and let him know that if he doesn't want a more serious commitment, you are not interested. Let him call you and NO sex or physical stuff without commitment. Let him miss you. Define your own terms and stick with them. I had to do this recently with my Scorpio guy who wouldn't commit. Broke up, started dating other guys, and meant what I said. Took two months but he completely committed, and wants the forever deal. Dont cede your power to him. If he loves you, he will commit. i'm sorry i probably shudv expounded on that but i stick to what i say that i don't find scorpio women attractive and that's one of the main reasons the pairing might not work. taurus is a shallow sign while scorpio is the opposite. i find they always want to probe. go into depth. but what if the depth just isn't there? what might work for the OP are the bull's cancer placements coz i notice scorps get along better with cancers than bulls.IP: Logged |

Does he know you love him? How do you know he doesn't love you? Have you two talked about it? Personally, I feel that Scorpio and the Earth Signs are a pretty good match in general. Of course, Sun Signs are very generalized, but it's a starting point. You should read what Linda says about you two in Love Signs. quote:
