The harmonics are not the Varga charts although I supposed they zero in on the particular aspect of life, so I guess the purpose of both charts are the same. However if you want your Varga charts, don't use astro.

Yes, I remember now.
David Cochrane mentioned it in his book, too, that the 9th harmonic and the navamsa coincidentally gives the same result, but that this can`t be done for the other vargas.
