Erm...I think that sadists who have the permission of others are not much different than sadists who do not have that permission. One has found an acceptable outlet for it, and the other has not. I'll post the chart when I have a chance to erase the place and date of birth.

I would think that Charles Manson would be a good place to look.There was a man who found willing participants for his sadistic urges, but also sought out helpless victims who did not grant their permission. Granted, he was clearly psychologically disturbed and sociopathic, but I still think it would be a chart worth looking at for all intents and purposes.

A sadist, by definition, is someone who enjoys inflicting pain on another person, however that manifests. There doesn't need to be any provocation, although there are people who become sadistic when they feel that they've been wronged, and in turn seek revenge. I suppose that in those people, it would be considered latent, and perhaps a better word for it would be "vindictive" or "spiteful", etc.
That's just my opinion, anyway.

Okay, here is the chart of a sexual sadist, but also a person who finds humor in inappropriate ways, like when someone is speaking of something emotionally painful. They find enjoyment in the humiliation of others, whether sexual or not.
This person is, however, capable of sympathy, empathy, and tries to help others. So there is an odd mix here.
I do believe this person could easily be capable of doing terrible things if they didn't have an outlet for their sadism.  IP: Logged |

Anyone noticed how Eros seems to be either at the 0, or 29th degree in Sadist?

Wow Wow wowNessus conj the Moon is OFTEN an abuser, not always as in the case of Popcorn on here. Uranus in the 12th seems to be kinky. Saturn conj Ceres will make this person try very hard to be charming

His Jupiter does not do much. Jupiter is the planet of conscience. It is almost Unaspected so it could do what it wanted.This is the 2nd time I have seen an Unaspected Jupiter in a sociopath. Interesting. This is why you have to do charts and charts to see patterns like this. ------------------

I'll admit it, I am a sadist sexually and am very similar to what the person Violets described. But I will never hurt anyone, nor do I think hurting anyone is fair unless I am not in the right of my mind. I like being nice and making people feel happy and protected.
But I do have a sadistic nature.I would think me and Sade would have very interesting conversations if he were alive. I kind of see a bit of my sexuality in his work. But instead of having a root in pleasure, it's more of self discovery and destruction. His Eros is in his 6th house, while mine is in my 12th house. @Violets

This person is quite charming, often enough. His Nessus is 11 degrees from his moon; do you think that still counts as conjunct?

There is another asteroid that might also work. Sado, for Sadism, or as representation of Marquis de Sade.

This person was given up for adoption at birth without so much as a name, only to be abused by his adoptive mother. Very sad, honestly. I think he worked to save wounded women, and at the same time needed to cause them pain. *sigh*

I don't have the charts of these guys but would love if you put them up!No way is 11 degrees a conjunction for an asteroid--3 degrees tops! It should be exact to 2 degrees, really imo ------------------

WOW Lies to the Unaspected Jupiter. I am wowed here as this is the 4rd one I have seen unless I am tired and it is 3 In the chart of 2 sociopaths I know, the Jupiter is in hard aspect to every single planet but one. Jupiter is key for anything to do with conscience. ------------------
