if Uranus and Neptune fall in another persons 8th house does it stimulate that person to have romantic, dreamy (Neptune) and wild (Uranus) sex? if not than what does it do?

Shared resources could suddenly dissolve. Unclear and unstable communication about intimate matters. Personally, I don't think I'd like it. The 8th house covers so much more than sex! And it only covers the really committed, deep, intimate variety; the more playful, fun type is covered by the 5th house.
