I think I gave a sufficient amount of information on it anyway, lol.

Vulcan is your logical and critical thinking skills while Mercury is your communication and intellect, so Vulcan gives the foundation and organization of how your communication and thoughts are implemented. So for ex. a Virgo Sun with a Leo Vulcan and Libra Mercury will communicate with a broad vocabulary, but those words may not be as organized and perhaps more hasty.

Virgo can't have like 4 or 5 different rulers, lol. They all give an influence to
Virgo so what does that mean?

See? This is where mythology comes in. And all the asteroids have some influence over different signs, which is why it's so difficult to pin them up to a single Sign.
