Whenever I have experienced the conjunction it is so so comforting and nice! I wonder why this aspect is so underrated, have you experienced it? What do you think?IP: Logged |

Ive had both my ex and a close friend have their Gemini Moon conjunct my Mars, and it just feels so good. The way I see it, it's like actions(Mars) of the one are in tune with the others feelings(Moon), and the Moon shows compassion and understanding of the Mars , while the Mars acts in a way to keep the Moon happy. ummm... Honestly I usually find it a bit boring or 'meh'..
I do like the guys I've met with their Mars on my Moon in Capricorn. I get a bit motherly towards them, which is not a role I like that much.. but it happens. We're usually friends so everything's good between us... but I'm not that into them.They are often more into me romantically than I am into them and it leads to problems.
I also remember reading a story here about a man who had his Mars on a woman's Moon - and after she rejected him repeatedly he actually murdered her and killed himself.
That ^ is an extreme situation. This is not always (or often) such a violent aspect.. but I generally get the impression that the Mars person is too sexually attracted - and the Moon person pulls back.. because it's not so 'sexual' for them.
They might care about Mars in a motherly way.. but they are not necessarily attracted. IP: Logged |

I have Moon conj. Mars with a guy, and I'm Moon. He seem to give me the security my Moon needs without much explanation but indeed the energy does feel like mother/son and aside from finding him annoying I find that energy annoying as well. It feels clingy. But I can see why people would like it, suppose it depends on everything else too.IP: Logged |

For me, it generates a very primal, urgent, very tender sexual chemistry.I am always the Moon, I have never been the Mars. In the cookbook synastry, it always says you want to procreate with these people -- its true, I think! I used to constantly fantasise about how gorgeous my children with my ex would be, vividly!!! MAYBE it has to do with the 12th house?
I have Mars in the 12th, maybe it has to do with the house? I still think Its one of the best aspects, Its like super comfort, you can be goofy with the other person. IP: Logged |

I was the Mars before too and I had Mars in the 12th house. I didn't feel motherly towards him but he was always easy to hook, maybe because of the moon thing.IP: Logged |

I have seen that exact extreme situation almost play out with someone who had their mars conjunct my moon. It was also squaring my pluto though.
I think Mars can affect moon's emotions negatively. Moon is not comforted by their aggressive behavior.

Ive had also a "conjunction" by sign, not by degrees whereas I was the Moon but the relationship was mostly sexual so I dont know.. IP: Logged |

I love it! But then again my Moon and Venus are conjunct.  I have Moon in Scorp opp Mars in Taurus natally so the conjunction or soft aspects are quite hot. I love the sparkiness and emotional hotness the moon brings vs. just Venus in with Mars. I think I also like it because then their Mars is also trining or sextiling my Mars. I also don't mind the square because my VE/MA midpoint is actually Leo/Aquarius square my Moon and Aquarius is my 5th house. But I think the conjunction/opp and soft aspects are a lot smoother and safer for my mental health! )

I dont know... I’ve liked a guy that had his moon conjunct my mars when it should be the other way around. Lol. I liked him a lot. I honestly feel like he’s the closest thing to my soulmate but he doesn’t know I exist. His mars also trined my venus. I heard that if a woman’s mars conjuncts a mans moon the woman will be dominant. I dont want to be the dominant one lol but my moon is in Aquarius and typically I don’t really like Aquarius mars men so I guess I don’t like this aspect ------------------
