Okay I had a Taurean mother so I have some REAL experience. I have even called her a dictator on different occasions

You know what really worked? When I finally stopped pushing against her .. Just do your own thing, when you push against them, they push back, and if they push you, and you just turn around and change your direction, and let them charge, they hit a metaphorical wall, and get the taste of their own medicine.

Jusht build some zen about this. I have been part of her bullying for a long time, but honestly I have no desire to get back at her, although on occasions when I did get angry that's all I wanted to do. And It's good to use the words against them in the heat of moment. But anything deliberate is a waste of energy.

And btw as an Aries, I never felt jealous of her, and it's kind of weird to say this about your own mother, but I felt like she was jealous of me for some God knows what reason

Are you a Taurus Diplo?

Personally, I do not beleive "controlling" others is any part of a key to life. Any individual having good control on themselves is healthy in themselves.

Even though its not under the genereal Taurus discription, out of all the fixed signs, Taurus is the only , as I have found, which has domination stuggles(on the negative side). I actually find that Taurus' crave and want more power than Scorpios(sign which holds power). Scorpios have power easily, and so, through all the expereinces develope feelers for all the aspects surrounding it. Taurus (possibly being the opposite sign) often stuggles with attaining power and so this turns into power hunger for domination.

But again I don't even like to talk about this in these terms, I am just saying this to explain it to you. There is always a reason for everything, and I now have a very tough skin thanks to her. Hope this helps

My piont to all of this is, with Taurus having a lot of good qualties I do not think this is a quality they should ever focus on becuase it gets out of control (from what I have seen), which only results in general unhappiness.[/B]

Capricorn. Maybe I'm biased

Taurus will actually listen to Cap, because they both speak the same language. That leads to trust, which gentles and steadies both of them. Arguably the same would apply to Virgo, but Cap is a cardinal sign and will naturally assume "the lead" with Taurus, and will provide enough benefits to Taurus that the Bull will see the advantages of compliance.
