I sure did when it happened to me years ago. It was extremely intense. If Pluto is in your 12th now it's not subtle, so probably that's the culprit. Weirdness and spiritual sensitivity is definitely part of it. I didn't know much about transits at the time; you at least get to know you are not necessarily going crazy. Of course, if you are, it's not really your fault. Watch out for spiritual bullies. IP: Logged |

I know someone with a stellium going through this transit. But it's hitting uranus, mercury, neptune, saturn and then his sun. It's hit his uranus and almost on his mercury. He contracted HIV when it hit his uranus and is now dealing with how to communicate with others about that... At least from my perspective. He's going through some deep cleansing I think. Pluto in this house will lift up the carpet and reveal anything you have swept under it, thinking "oh it's fine". All the past skeletons in your closet will be brought out. It's a very psychological transit. Pluto represents situations and influences you cannot control, and in the house of things unseen. IP: Logged |

Hey Nandi, thanks for your response! I just realized that when I was born neptune was entering my 12th house (acctually it's in 11th's end making a conjunction with my jupiter in the 12th house beginning). So I remember in early years of my life I was taken to shamanic rituals, gnosis, sai baba (hindu)and finally to gospel church plus also learn meditation. It was a unbelievable spiritual trip for a child. But now I'm aware of astrology and think Pluto is more deep, heavy than neptune in this house because what I lived with neptune in there wasn't easy and now I'm freaking out wondering about the Pluto effect. Can you talk a little more about spiritual bullies? What you did to protect yourself? God help me!!!

Wow Samo! Thanks for sharing this with me, really!I'm sorry for your acquaintance...God bless him and confort his heart I got it...I must take care of my health not only physical but spiritual too. I'm neglecting this things for a long time...Yes, you're so right about things going out of control. For example, I always wanted to learn tarot but never cared very much and procrastinated. Now, I can't control my desire to do this, it's almost...visceral. IP: Logged |

I have a friend with a tight 12th house stellium that has pluto transiting through it. It looks like it is moving closer to saturn from neptune (12th has uranus, neptune, saturn, mercury, and sun). I'm responding because of an interesting conversation I recently had with my friend. Things that were spiritual in nature that I wouldn't expect him to say. I was very surprised in some of the things he said he believed in now versus before especially given his more science-like background and studies. He used to be so skeptical of everything and I'm seeing that side transform quite a bit. I am being vague, sorry. IP: Logged |

Hi themischievousone! No, I understood you! Thanks for the answer I was wondering about some kind of "spiritual awakening" too since I'm a little like your friend (just a cappy 12th house cusp effect ) thank you again! IP: Logged |

I went through this transit as a kid, squared my Sun too. At the time I was living with my mother and her husband, my step-father, who was very emotionally abusive, it was akin to living in a prison. He exited my life around 08 when Pluto began to conjunct my Asc, which has definitely brought its fair share of happenings.IP: Logged |

I am going through this one too and will be, for a while, since my Asc is Cap 23. Pluto is nearing to square my Aries Sun at 13 and Uranus is conjuncting it. I begun therapy during this transit and uncovered my childhood abuses. Spiritually, it turned me more into an agnostic rather than a believer. Right now it does feel like I'm imprisoned into a life that was planned for me by someone else and that Uranus sure makes me wanna break free. I am considering life-altering changes and plan on implementing them in the next 2 years or so. I am basically burning bridges with my past (and present) and starting again from scratch. IP: Logged |

Hi Celestica! Thanks for your answer and for sharing this too,it must not have been easy for you I know. I think that pass by this kind of transit in a early age leaves scars forever and my guess it interferes in adulthood somehow, what do you think? IP: Logged |

Hi Hera! thank you for answer and sharing this helpful informations What a "astral fight" you'll pass, I can imagine...uranus conjunct sun against pluto in 12th? OMG! I hope you can handle this well. When Uranus hit my 4th house, I moved home and let almost all my possessions behind...was very impulsive and I wish you could do better than I did. I'm experiencing burning bridges too, because I was abused as a child too and can't help myself against pluto (can't control) in my subconscious mind (12th). Yes, yes, we all MUST let pluto do his work to start again renewed later.

I sought help from the wrong sources, basically. I wasn't able to protect myself unfortunately, just survived the whole ordeal. Of course the way these things manifest will be different according to our lives up until the transit happens, and I was very isolated and vulnerable to begin with when it happened to me. I don't know, I think you'll be okay. IP: Logged |

I went through this transit. Actually, I'm at the tail end of this transit right now, which isn't exerting as strong an influence as it did a few years ago. Pluto in the 12th was the second darkest time of my life. My life was in shambles. Nothing went according to plan. I was betrayed by a close friend, lost friends through suicide and each day was a living nightmare. Pluto in the 12th has made a good chunk of my 20s rather miserable. I hope Pluto in the 1st is better. All I can say is good luck to you and know that it eventually ends. IP: Logged |

Woah Astra!!! I'm sorry for your bad experiences and happy you survived Thanks for sharing this dear, I really appreciate. I'm afraid of this transit because I know it's about "Nothing went according to plan" and it's conjoining my 1th saturn's return, so mind you what a problem!Just at the moment of my life that I need to plan more because I'm changing home, career and everything! (I also have pluto conjunct my MC and Saturn in the 10th)...Betrayed by a friend??? God help me! My aqua moon can't handle this. Betrayal by a lover, ok, by a friend, nerver. I'm researching about this Pluto transit and get more and more scared...thank you again.

Thanks for answer blueskiez06 Yes, I'll try to focus on the positive side (rebirth) but it isn't very easy...I guess this could be one of the worst Pluto's transits and "only" lasts for more than 10 years

It's definitely a very difficult transit, and I sincerely hope it goes much smoother for you than it did for me. The thing to keep in mind during this transit is that it is the "spring-cleaning" transit. Pluto will remove any junk from your life. In my case, I had a friend who wasn't a true friend, so Pluto eliminated them from my life. Although dealing with the betrayal of a close friend was VERY painful, it was a blessing in disguise because at least I now knew the truth. I forgot to mention that I also changed career paths around this time, which was terrifying. I was headed down the wrong path career-wise. and Pluto definitely straightened me out. Lol. When I looked back later, I realized that even before this transit, everything pertaining to my career ambitions went horribly wrong, but I stubbornly stuck to my chosen career that I had picked out as a child. Pluto in the 12th helped me to realize that although every path has obstacles and low-points, it should not be filled with only misery and failure. If you experience nothing but misery in a chosen path, then it's time to think about whether you have chosen the wrong path. During this transit, it's important to take a long, hard look at your life. Start making plans, but don't implement any of them until the transit starts to feel less intense. The reason for this is not because your plans will fail, but because you will feel too overwhelmed with all of the crap around you to implement your plans as effectively as possible. Focus on getting all of your ducks in a row. Lean on the support of friends and family. You'll need them quite a bit during this transit. In regards to your second question about Pluto placement: I have Pluto in Scorpio in the 10th house conjunct MC. My chart ruler (Saturn in Scorpio) is also in the 10th house. My Saturn return is going to be especially fun! Yes, I think this transit definitely affects the house in which your natal Pluto is placed. My sole defining moment during this transit involved a career change (my natal pluto is in the house of career). This is the time to figure out what you love instead of just going through the motions. IP: Logged |

hey Astra! thanks again for the attention and advices We have almost the same placements in 10th house! I had to read again because I was thinking you were talking about my placements lol. I almost get a capy rising too since I've aqua rising at 1°31'. I loved your advice, thank you very much for help me. This:"you will feel too overwhelmed with all of the crap around you to implement your plans as effectively as possible" is already happening, I know what you talking about, I feel like everything is out of control, even my own will...maybe the best thing to do is let Pluto guide me, isn't? xx IP: Logged |

I am sun in cap, asc in cap. I experienced the 12th house transit. I have Mars, Neptune, NN in the 12th house nataly. (equal, whole sign)To be honest, comparing to Pluto 1st house transit, it was not that bad at all. Now when I come to think of it, when conjuncted Neptune, I was doing a lot of drugs, living on the edge. I took some foolish risks which could cost me my life. Illusions, delusions, no clear boundaries were all there. Someone I barely know asked for my help, and despite the objections of my close friends, I risked everything to save him from the situation he was in. Thank God I managed but it came with a huge price... When conjuncted Mars, I was locked in a cabinet of a ship by the owner who tried to rape me but thank god he could not -I had to struggle with him for about 5hrs- Some other bad things happened as well. But still none of them hit me hard physologicaly. I remember myself feeling strong no matter what. It has been a while since I am experiencing Pluto 1st house transit. I have sun, mercury, venus in the 1st /Saturn in the 7th hs nataly ). Asc, sun, mercury; in the first round, it was hell. I thought I was loosing my mind, I did not know who I was anymore. Suicidal - violent thoughts, paranoid perceptions, rage, bitterness, feeling out of sync with almost everything & everyone... in the second round ( retograde ) which I am in now, I am coping better. Transformation of my identity ? still in the process I guess. But I do know myself better now. The good&the bad. Also, I feel my age more. Next, Pluto conjunct Venus & oppose Saturn aspects. I am pretty sure it's not going to be a box of chocolate

Sis, thanks for sharing! WOW! All the people that came here had HARD experiences...OMG I hope to be ready to face this but I think I will not because I noted Pluto MUST break you to rebuild after, so I guess it's better learn how to fall instead protect myself since it's impossible (nobody can control this guy!). And all this in 3 rounds...I'm impressed by the effects it had when in conjunction with your planets...seem it pulled all the devils behind each planet...

"seem it pulled all the devils behind each planet..." right on spot. yours is the exact definition of transit pluto conjunctions. check if you have any sextiles, trines from transiting Pluto to your personal planets. If you have, that shall help you a lot. and also check, natal pluto aspects. If they are not as bad as mine, your journey with Pluto might be relatively easier.. yeap, I agree instead of trying to control & fighting with Pluto energy, it's better to surrender.. Pluto does not try to fix what is not broken. Let him do his job. And no matter what always Keep the Faith IP: Logged | |
