I'm surprised we still use exalted debilitated concept..

From what I've read..from many many astrologers the outer planets are more destructive than mars and saturn.
Mars is hardly that malefic unless it's in a hard aspect with uranus saturn and pluto.

The Sun and Moon are called luminaries. Vedic astrology is different from Western astrology.

Would you please link where you've read otherwise about malefics and benefics?

I was born in 94 and I have this aspect as well albeit out of sign(Pluto in Scorpio square Saturn in Pisces) . I tend to clash with authority figures as well, they don’t really like me, maybe they fear me . Going up, crashing down, then getting rid of things that are not needed in your life and climbing the mountain again, that’s what this aspect is about.

It's weird that I never knew that about this aspect. Well, not that weird, since I only read up on astrology in spurts...but that is a description that does very accurately describe my life (I'm in a stable place now, so I'm going to keep my fingers crossed). I've always wondered why there was such a theme of it for me.

^ Stability may not exist in the life of Saturn square Pluto, we're meant to go either up or down, I've read something similar somewhere.

Neptune is a lesser malefic imo.

Oh noooo Neptune is very malefic. It's actually the worst one of all.

The part where that article talks about drama is interesting.

It seems like I am always surrounded by people who create too much drama, and I find it insufferable. Especially when they're people I'm basically stuck with. Any other drama queens get cut loose pretty quickly, but there are some people I don't have a choice about having in my life.

I'm fully capable of festering on a situation and building up my own little internal dramas, but I don't like to share that with people or express it. I want to either have sane people in my life or be left alone.

At the end there, it says that we often overcome our obstacles and live successful lives. I'm hoping I've reached that point and *knock on wood* won't have to witness any further tragedy or loss.

Thanks for posting this, Kero. I've been looking for better descriptions about this aspect but couldn't find much.

I have it. I keep getting pulled into drama without my knowing (initially), or it's brought to me - as in, I can't escape it. I used to be so damned peaceful, and have tried to remain that way... I've dealt with too much loss, and it keeps coming.

This is what keeps happening to me. I think I'm doing well, and then it's not only crushed, but someone may as well be dancing on the grave of whatever it was, and my feelings. It's so demoralizing.
