From what you've said, the first you asked her out, she turned you down and gave you a reason for it. She even counter-offered you! This right here shows that she was flattered and interested, but that something personal was on the way and she wanted to deal with it first and foremost. You must remember Virgos are pretty private, and you gave no indication you guys were close, so she'd never divulge what was going on.

And you wonder why she's behaving the way she is... She interpreted what you did then and all the previous interactions as a game to you, which I'd do as well. She didn't make you ask her out a second or third time - you did it because you're interested in her, even more so because she's rejecting you and sort of playing a cat-and-mouse game. Like I said above, she's giving you the same treatment she senses you're giving her. You might not be doing it consciously, but you're probably sending signs that you're interested in her but at the same time you feel repulsed/repelled by her. An insult if I've ever seen one to a Leo Venus...

What are her Moon and Mercury signs?

Anyhow. If it's bothering you this much, approach her with an apology, even if you feel you've done nothing wrong. Say something like "I think we got off on the wrong foot, which is my fault. I'm sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable. I won't do it again. Let's be professionals and work together the best way we can." Virgos are career-oriented and, as Mercury's children, very mental. She'll understand you meant no insult and will move on.

As noted previously, I acknowledge the fact that I have comitted death sentence worthy crimes (not being sarcastic). In my defense, I did not know that she was a venus in leo before it was too late..

And as for.. me asking her out second and for the third time.. it is my fault for falling for it but she did set it up nicely, once again I had moved on from her before and I had no problem when I was rejected by her for the first fime

I have no access to her birth time and I already have apologized many many times
I even sent her apology letter as long as 500 words
She didn't really care

Tbh, I have a hard time seeing how a Leo Venus can be vindictive, since I'm nothing like that. I simply cut people out of my life and wish them happiness on their own life. This might seem patronizing, but it's my Aqua Moon.

Is there any possibility her Moon is in Scorpio? Or that you have a Venus-Pluto hard aspect in your synastry?

Since you've already followed my advice by your own initiative, I suggest you just ignore her. Treat her as politely as you can, so no one can say you're being an a-hole, but keep your distance. With time, she'll see she can't affect you in any way and will stop.

so my question is...
how do you know if venus in leo is genuine? and isn't interested in just getting another revenge?

I think some other user before said that the venus in leo I know has a virgo moon.. but I still don't know the house placements..

What I ignore over is stuff like basic incapability, like, if he gets on my nerves big time or likes stuff I don't. I am really picky about certain things, Virgo sun and all, and can be kinda intolerant so if he really likes something I cannot stand. it can be a deal breaker, sorry to say. It's just an idiosyncrasy I have. I insist they like stuff I like or that I am neutral about, nothing I hate.
