^This.  Most Cancers will clash with at least one of my three cardinal placements, which are Venus, Saturn, and Mars. No fun. But I wouldn't generalize that I "hate" the sign. I'm sure there are many very lovable Cancers out there, and some are my friends (although they will tend to grate on my nerves from time to time, and vice versa). Also...for the record, I love my step-mom, who is a Cancer. I think we must have our planets just in the right places for us to get along really well.

I'm a 2nd Decan Pisces with a Cancer Ascendant. I read somewhere that the 2 Decan has the moon as its ruler, so I guess there's a sense of familiarity between us when we meet ?I don't think know much about 3rd's since i'm not one. IP: Logged |

Haha yes birdsong that it's true, and i see pisceans of the second decan very in the style of cancer, third decan of pisces is pisces/scorpio maybe that's why this type of pisces are like more....strong in some way?? I mean i think they are very very sensible and can feel a lot but this type is more impulsiveIP: Logged |

I thought you'd get along with 3rds with all that scorp energy. Funny, my Cancer Ascendant falls in the 3rd Decan of Pisces and my Pisces Sun falls in 2nd Decan of Cancer + plus having the Cancer Ascendant. No wonder i've had this "safe haven" feeling around the Cancers i've met. IP: Logged |

I'm a 2nd Decan Pisces with Aries Rising and a few Libra Planets which is square to Cancers. I have sort of a love/hate relationship with Crabs. One of my best friends is a Cancer, I love the guy to death, but when we first met in the military, I didnt like him at all. I'd often tear him a new one. As time went by, we slowly gotten an understanding of one another, but I hung with other friends, but the funny thing about that is that at the end of my enlistment in the Army, he's one of the few who stayed in contact with me for 10+ years up to today keeping the friendship relevant. My thing that I'm annoyed with by Cancers is taking offense when none was given. I cant tell you how many times this would happen during a conversation when talking about something hypothetically or in-general. They would clam up and shut me out over something that wasn't meant to be offensive. Other than that? They are absolute gems to have in a social circle.IP: Logged |

I just looked around at some of the charts of Cancers that I get along with well, as opposed to Cancers who I have a "we care about each other but get on each other's nerves" relationship with. It seems to always come down to Mercury for me. We tend to have a lot of Mercury hard aspects between us. My step-mom's Mercury is trine my Sun and sextile my Moon, so there's a nice rapport there that makes the other hard cardinal aspects somewhat unnoticeable. Maybe your Mercuries are bothering each other, lol. IP: Logged |
