from my experience...if they are interested in you despite being madly in love with someone else - they will play you hot and cold and ignore you half the time and be super close to you the other times. It makes sense really as a self protection theory but it can be awfully annoying.IP: Logged |

Ok. His Venus is in Libra. So, if Venus describes what he wants in a woman (I'm a Libra) then Mars describes how he goes about courting her? Or his sex-drive?

Mars describe his energy and sex drive. i think mars in scorpio is aggressive chaser with a bit of mind games going on. Since he's libra/venus libra, i suppose he'll be busy charming you.

It's usually... calmer or more silent, at first.
And then it sort of accumulates and if they've decided that they're into you, they're gonna go for it. Or at least let you know somehow.MiS may be a water placement but it's fixed and when they want something they'll make sure to do everything in their power to get it, hah. IP: Logged |

Well ive found the opposite to be true; I have allot of scorpio/scorpio influenced friends, and the pattern ive seen is that if they are really in love they don't want to mess things up so they play games to be in controll, however if it's just a fling and they don't want to have a long term relationship with the person they don't put as much energy into it, thus don't play as much games.
I personally have scorpio on the 7th house cusp conjunct pluto by 1 degree and i'm very simlar to them in terms of relationships, altough i'm far more secretive about it.
btw what are he's other placement's that you know of? the mars sign is significant but far from the only factor, ive found it to be more rlated to ambitions, temprament and physical state(especially strength) than relationships. IP: Logged |

I'd act slightly distant and unavailable but give him a few subtle hints your interested. They like to chase so doing that will drive him crazy. Just be natural about it though.

No. No you can't. If the Scorpio Mars guy seems 'understanding'... and overly nice... it's usually because he is fishing for information about you and he will use it against you.

Now see, I agree with this. Except the Scorpio Mars men that have pursued me have NEVER started out calm/silent. They let me know ASAP that they were into me and/or had been into me for a long time. Or maybe I just have that affect on them? I don't know. But we click for sure!  IP: Logged |

But if your desire is "not to screw things up" then WHY would you play games? That makes no sense lol. One of the last guys I really liked was Scorpio Mars, Venus Aquarius. He pursued me intensely, then once I returned true interest, he started playing games & he wanted to appear cool & indifferent. I thought for sure that was his Aquarius side doing that!! But you say it's the Scorpio side pulling that stunt? In the end, he lost me. I love intellectual/spiritual connections - but I totally HATE mind games.
