Traditionally the moons rules the mind thoughts ideas emotions it's the most important planet in Vedic astrology when it comes to personality. Though I do agree mercury is how one processes information and shares with othersIP: Logged |

You have Gemini moon. Mind is just everything that is abstract your CNS produces. So with Gemini moon, the basic state of mind you have will be communicative, extroverted, logical, social. Does that seem right?

I'd say the sextile signs would be good - their identity and the way they feel get along and it'd give them some more signs they could find some common ground with, having two different elements.In my own experience, I love Gemini Sun/Virgo Moon. They're so hard on themselves, but so sweet and having both sides of Mercury mean they can talk about literally anything. Serious and fun, casual talk. I prefer it this way around, though. One of the few guys I loved, and my best friend at the time, had this combo - they remind me of him. Others:
- Scorpio Sun/Pisces Moon (though it really helps if their Mercury and Venus are in other elements)
- Scorpio/Leo or Leo/Scorpio. Very intense, not for an, uh, casual relationship  , but I have this square in my own chart and I do seek it out. If you want loyalty, go for this combo.
- Sagittarius/Pisces or Pisces/Sagittarius: two sides of Jupiter and it's true, they're so open, experienced and generous.
- Aries/Capricorn or Capricorn/Aries: Real go-getters, tough as nails but with a really soft core once you get to know them. Very protective of their crew. Good leaders, too, they really know what they're doing.
But I do like the other Cardinal squares. The oppositions less, they seem to swing back and forth a bit too much for me. Hmm most of those are the squares. I do have a lot of squares in my own chart, so maybe I seek it out again. People that don't expect life to be easy like me. IP: Logged |

Ahhhh now this I love. It's totally fascinating.
My moon Gemini with Virgo Mercury. Great, except they square. So I'm at least twice as hard on myself as anyone else, or that anyone sees. Moon is sextile sun though. Mercury conjunct Mars which I suppose gives it this buzz of energy. Jupiter Taurus trine mercury and Mars (big thinking, big ideas?)
Saturn Leo and it only aspects Neptune and Pluto - nothing significant. I like my big three though. I think they work well together and I'm lucky to have a sun/moon sextile. It makes more sense now how moon and mercury work but can't think of how to explain it. *thinking* IP: Logged |
