Sextile Sun and Mercury.
Opposite Mars in Aries.
Trine Jupiter.
Square Neptune.

So with Mars opposite MC - it represents that any career move I make will be up to me and will take a lot of effort.

I'm currently studying software development and I work as a entry level IT Analyst right now. My Venus is in Gemini - so anything related to technology correlates to the Airy Libra MC as well.

Always look to the ruler of MC and its aspects as well.
