No. There are a lot more indicators for marrying a foreign person. Sun or Venus in 9th house. Ruler of 7th house in 9th house. Ruler of Sun or Venus in 9th house. Juno in Sagittarius. Juno in 9th house. Conjunction between ruler of 7th house and 9th house. Sagittarius DSC. Jupiter in 5th or 7th house.

If Jupiter ruler is in 7th house or viceversa yes. If Jupiter ruler goes in 9th house the same. Jupiter rules EVERYTHING and ANYTHING foreign.IP: Logged |

aquarius can mean marrying someone outside of the usual norm so it can mean marrying another race.IP: Logged |

I gotta agree on the Aquarius thing, or even Uranus aspecting Venus or Mars. Because it indicates you'll be drawn to and possibly wind up with someone different from the norm where you are, in whatever way - could be racial like the other member said, or have to do with age, or country of origin.....IP: Logged |

My boyfriend is foreign - not just from a different country than mine, but also born in a different country to the one he's now living in.He has Sag mars, Sag 5th house, Jupiter in 5th house. I have 9th house mars, ruler of the 7th in the 9th, venus in the 12th house. I would say any correlation between 7th and 9th suggest foreign marriage, especially if mars or venus is involved. Possibly also 12th house links to the 7th, or placements in the 12th, since it rules long distance travel =) IP: Logged |

Since when 12th house rules long distance travel, sweetheart? Its the 9th house not the 12th.

Well,I might be mistaken (perhaps this is just used within Vedic astrology, I'm not sure) but I always read that the 12th house symbolizes long distance trips, foreign residence, journeys to very distant lands etc (as opposed to 3rd house, short distance trips). I'm not saying it takes more importance than the 9th house when considering anything 'foreign' in a natal chart, but I just thought it might be something to look at

Vedic Astrology should be used only in India. Sorry but that's my opinion. 12th house does NOT deal with foreign matters. Deals with subconciousness and past lives. I have observed Vedic Astrology for like 3 years and NOTHING seemed accurated to me. Even my chart in Vedic system sounded NOTHING like me. IP: Logged |

What's the problem? Everyone is free to like and marry anyone. No matter if the person is local or foreign. IP: Logged |

Because by dating/ marrying a foreigner, you will: -learn a new culture -sometimes, learn a new language -become more open-minded -have an extra destination to travel to -your partner will always think you are sophisticated and be fascinated by you -new experiences -your circle of friends/connections will expand I don't know, whatever floats our boat. There are disadvantages, but there are waaay more positive aspects. I'm all about new experiences, adventure, travel, and new things to learn. What is there not to like? PS. Sharing a language is very important, though. English is not our mother-tongue, but we communicate in it fluently. IP: Logged |

Agree. True love has no race, nationality, and citizenship status. IP: Logged |
