Would the Pluto person attempt to play games, manipulate, ect (other Pluto stuff) but find that their attempts dont work. Will the Saturn person not tolerate games ect so Pluto will feel frustrated and keep trying. I've not heard much on the net about this aspect, experiences? IP: Logged |

It's considered a very difficult aspect to have in synastry (and in natal... and in composite... and via transit - actually, it's full of **** no matter where you find it).If one or both individuals have it natally, it will exacerbate their natal issue - which often has to do with feeling powerless in some way, and needing to control one's environment as a result. So, when someone else comes along and makes such an aspect to your chart, it can feel like they're trying to control you, or trying to control themselves, more or less subtly. It could be due to pas hurts and insecurities, trust issues and the need to be in control all the time so as not to be hurt. Sometimes this aspect plays out in a pretty cruel way and there can be sadistic tendencies - hurting others just for the sake of it. The Pluto person could have a very deep and maybe damaging effect on the Saturn person because they break down all Saturn's defenses (psychological and emotional) and can create a lot of hurt and suffering as a result. It can surely go both ways, with Saturn hurting the Pluto person with their cold or unresponsive (self-protective?) ways. And then it's like this destructive cycle, until one person surrenders and just opens up to the other. Which, by the way, doesn't always give a good (or expected) result. IP: Logged |

I have it both in natal and with someone.I agree with everything Doux said. It experienced a cruel, unfair emotional blackmail, and lots of surprised and offended looks because I "dared" not believe everything I was fed and defend myself. Being quite a Plutonian myself, I ended up using (basic) manipulation so that it was the other's decision to break up. IP: Logged |

I kind of wish it had been a double whammy though. Would have been more equitable. IP: Logged |

My s.o is 10 months younger than me so we have the dw. Our age group has the really tight orb. I have like 2 degrees and my s.o 1 degree.i remember how cruel my classmates were... very fend for yourself mentality. if you were weak you were ostracized. IP: Logged |

I was always younger than my classmates so the one I had in natal was always the tighter. And I took pride in being alone anyway lol The two true friends I had back then I still have. Interestingly enough, although in the same class they were both older than the age group in question. IP: Logged |

Me too. I find with my experience it was less about being "cool".. but powerful.. If you had poor grades or took remedial classes you were considered inadequate... For me I went to a prep school but my family was poor so I experienced a lot of classism but was still respected because of my academic merits I guess privilege =Power I think that is very reminiscent of Saturn square Pluto I actually read somewhere that curse words based on anatomy and sexuality with be less derogative because it isn't a taboo anymore. The ignorance about the above will die completely with our parents LOL However classism will be the new taboo, interesting huh? I have a feeling our generation is going to be quite powerful when we inherit the earth.... IP: Logged |

None of us has it natally. His Saturn is his 7th and 8th house ruler. IP: Logged |

No, in my opinion the conjunction is less destructive and can be worked with more easily provided both people are mature enough to handle tensions in a calm / responsible way.IP: Logged |
