I do not have that perception. The Cap women I know aren't repressed at all. IP: Logged |

We are not repressed, we just give our best to the ones we choose. You have to win her trust in order to get her heart, until then she will be cold and "repressed".IP: Logged |

Venus/Mars/Eros have more to do with eroticism - than the Sun sign. But as a sign Capricorn is not "repressed". It is just emotionally mature and cool headed. It's "been there.. done that" with many things. Sex is one of them. Like a 60-70 yr old watching young couples thinking: "A long time ago I was there and I wanted what they want.. but now I'm 70 - and I have priorities that don't involve sex" Capricorn also seems to be the most likely of all the signs to capitalise on sex (specially Capricorn Venus).. but this is really just another symptom of their detachment and general disinterest in sex. Sometimes in these kinds of threads.. people reply that they know a Capricorn influenced woman who is the life of the party and has sex with a new guy every night. That may be - but imo they are gaining something from it or from having this 'image'. There is a double agenda.. because they would not be doing this for the pleasure of just being with the other person sexually or the "fun" of attending so many parties. They simply don't care enough. Hell, no. I am curious as to what belies or denotes sexual anorexia in a chart, though. But I know plenty of Cap women who have a healthy sexuality. IP: Logged |

Cap Sun/Eros. It's not that I'm repressed, just waiting for the right one. Plus, I'm too idealistic and can be a romantic. But that's probably because of Psyche in Pisces. IP: Logged |

I'm here to tell you that's a generalization that doesn't apply either! IP: Logged |

Would you say the sex is a priority for you then? Anyhoo, I wasn't talking about Sun Signs. I have Mars in Cap and it applies to me. If you look at Capricorn traits at a Sun level.. those traits would be connected to ego-related things and overall personality - not the person's sexuality. e.g A Capricorn Sun person with an Aries Mars would likely have a much stronger sex drive than mine and more interest (I'm Aries with Cap Mars). I wasn't talking about Capricorn or astrology. I was talking about the generalization/assumption that people in their 60s/70s aren't interested in sex.IP: Logged |

QUOTE]Originally posted by andstuff: where does this notion come from? why has it settled in? and are they really? [i have hardcore pluto aspects, so basically wondering about others than myself ][/QUOTE] Idk perceived as repressed and actually repressed are two different things lol. Cap suns are actually known for having a strong sexuality which might come as a surprise considering Caps are very aware of our reputation and like to appear *put together* in public at least.. But Cap is the last earth sign and when it comes to lust we might even have Taurus beat imo (although I'm also a Taurus mars but this is just an observation) I agree Caps can be guarded tho so sexuality can be sort of all or nothing for some, but I think it can also be a "lady in the streets freak in the sheets" type of thing lol I was reading somewhere that like everything else Caps actually expect sex to improve with time, and we want to be *good* at it... So there's that too lol IP: Logged |

Well I didn't say people in their 60s or 70s aren't interested in sex. But it is less of a priority in life to a 70 yr old than it is to a 20 yr old.IP: Logged |

Would Capricorn women be dominatrix types along with Aries and Scorpio women . I think Ursa from Superman 2 seems like she is heavily influenced by Saturn. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fc5DzEvaNHg IP: Logged |

In some ways that makes sense considering Saturn can be about control and authority... But idk that could go either way I guess. Add in some Sag planets and at the very least there might be some teacher/ student role play lol IP: Logged |

We do that ... kinda. It's unintentional, and more of a run-off from rehearsing a scene. And, oh, God - I'd no idea - not one iota! - that it was kind of a thing for him. He'd never let on! He's an 8H Cancer SUN. But it's the 5H Aries MOON-EROS that's really something. We both kinda exude asexuality - except together. That's when it starts becoming very obvious (to everyone) that we're holding a lot back. Funny, given how it's SO unlike our normal personalities. I'm a 2H Libra SUN-PLUTO. Virgo ASC with VENUS conjunct from the 12H. 5H in Cap, obviously, and SATURN in my 1H. I've been sexually anorexic for pretty much all my life; up until my early thirties. Until I decided - okay, enough. No more. He's ... mostly there. He's certainly taking the plunge with me. It's interesting. Almost like two entirely separate concurrent relationships. One just happens to be sexual - and feels entirely apart from everything else. No less potent, though. Just SO private as to seem nonexistent. Heh. IP: Logged |

I've experienced similar propositions lol. A couple guys (whom I'd never had sex with) also wanted me to 'dominate' them. I'm like Noooo dude. I do think Cap Mars is the culprit. Also Saturn sextile ASC. IP: Logged |

Anyone else like that, off-hand? I think it's the anorexia, for both of us. But I was wondering. It feels like the weirdest relationship I've ever had because of it. In public, we're our usual, professional and polite and friendly and gracious selves. It's behind the proverbial closed-doors - and ONLY then! - that it ALL changes. And how. But you'd NEVER know it otherwise. Strange. I'm never even sure how to talk about it in other environments - so to speak. It's like it's extradimensional. IP: Logged |
