They want to know your deepest secrets, your vulnerabilities, your intricacies. There has to be an alpha and a beta, in a sense, and I'd find that two venus in Scorpios, 90% of the time, would butt heads trying to possesses each other.

My lovely as Scorpio man has even said this to me. "You know you're mine, right? I'll take care of you, though. Forever." I think that's so damn SEXY. He has also said though that he knows in a way I have HIM whipped because I have given myself to him completely and he trusts me all the way, which is impossible for him, so he has a deeper love for me than any before. I love the dedication and abandon on his part, and he knows deep down of my loyalty and appreciation along with my surrender.

I think they need someone spontaneous and fiery, yet stable enough to make them feel secure and loved, all while being challenged so they don't get bored.

That's my two cents on it.

wow that is very interesting that aries venus and scorpio venus get along so well:S Once I was dating a taurus man with aries venus and scorpio mars and while I really think we were getting along so well, he only wanted to have a passing flirt, nothing serious…. after that I have really thought that aries venus was not my cup of tea because they seem so hard to tame :/

I'd say another Venus in Scorpio, or a Venus in Pisces.

Pisces can be very healing to venus in scorpio there, once venus in scorpio can feel less nervous about the 'I love everyone!!'ness of venus in Pisces.

[I am Venus in Pisces. My bf is venus in scorpio.]

Anyone who doesn't mind being possessed, as in, owned, belong to them.
I find the jealousy isn't crazy so long as clear, reasonable boundaries are not crossed.
You BELONG to them though.

If that doesn't scare you then you're good to go!

My vote goes to Venus in Leo! Hot and steamy! Strong willed, challenge, passion, big LOVE, warm and STRONG!

Venus in Leo with Venus in Scorpio
Make no mistake, this is a steamy combo -- water and fire brings your love to the boiling point! The attraction is strong, as fixed signs, because you sense the substance and intensity there. You and your Venus Scorpio love crave intensely involved affairs. And you don't shy away when there's heat (conflict), desiring a love that is colorful.

Sometimes this devolves into lots of dramatic fights, and equally climactic making up sessions. Your love is tested in the pressure cooker, but that's exactly where you're both at home.

A trap here is obsession, and a theme is playing with power. You're both very strong-willed and at times, stubborn. You've got a showy side, and if you're feeling ignored, you might turn on the charm to turn heads. Being flirty to get a reaction is a way to intensify the drama. Though your Venus Scorpio love hides his or her feelings, you sense their need for control and desire to possess body and soul.

Your Venus Scorpio lover might have a strange hold on you, psychically and emotionally. Life with an underworld lover, can make you feel like Persephone down in Hades. If you're Sun-ruled Venus is eclipsed by too many dark, morose days, that's a sign that stagnation is setting in. A key here is catharsis -- the art of taking raw emotion and moving it, being changed by it. It's a tall order for any relationship, but if any two are game, the pair of you are!

Yep. THIS.

My boyfriend literally said that to me many times"It's kinda like you belong to me...."

Oddly, it did not scare me in the moment. But then I would walk away and think about it later and go 'WTF.'

Over time, I've grown to learn that, plain and simple, that is his way of letting me know he's 100% in with me.

If you have lots of water, you're gonna want earth. If you have more mixed chart then other water venues seem more understanding

I was thinking something similar. The whole chart counts obviously but I keep thinking earth. Though water would obviously share some commonalities.
Sometimes I think of the elements literally.
Earth gives water a place to lay in and stabilize, (lake) or a channel in which to flow in a direction. (River)
On the other hand the water can erode, move, and carry the earth to new places to form new solid ground to provide support with.

I also think water signs work at the beginning stage but Scorpio venus likes something mystical and challenging and might get bored with Pisces and Cancer venuses.

Two scorpio venuses can be mind-blowingly sexy or just a disaster with both slashing each other's car tires

Venus sextiles Capricorn means that a third planet from either side can form a YOD with that aspect and YODS are very powerful in synastry; that sextile has the potential to form a love YOD in other words.

Well both men are quite enamored with me and are very very serious with me. The last one was actually an 8 year deal (but a Sag sun)..too..so they are very stable and steady with their love. This guy i'm currently seeing is heading down the path too (however, he is actually a Scorpio Sun). I feel like I never have to question their love or feelings for me. It's just always there...maybe not always in-your-face and flaunted everywhere, but it's there and it's steadfast.

What is your side of the story?

Well I have ViC and I attract lots of scorpio venuses. I'm just wondering if I'm not demonstrative enough, because we are on the quiet side and definitely don't like PDA.
And also always need schedules ... haha

I think it really comes down to degrees & duads, house placement, aspects to Venus (is it conjunct or making hard aspects to other planets?) and occasionally VE/MA or other midpoints.

As someone mentioned, guys with Strong Sun/Mars or Sun or Mars in 8th house are a good match for female Scorpio Venus. Typically Venus in Earth or other Water Signs are good but you have to check what houses these land in. Shared degrees within a 1 degrees orb (trine or sextile )are usually good.

I'm female Venus in Scorp (conj Moon) in 2nd house with Mars in Taurus in 8th. In love, nothing will happen unless some aspect is made to my Mars, (Mars is my 8th house ruler.) For general compatibility, I like Taurus & Cap Moon/Venuses in guys. (They end up in my 8th or 4th house near my IC/north node.) But I particularly like Venus in Cancer b/c it mirrors Moon/Venus symbology (same reason I like Taurus Moon (Venus) in my 8th(Pluto.) But I only like Venus in Cancer in specific degrees. Venus in Cancer trine my Venus at 18'48 scorp in 8th duad. Due to shared degrees - there tends to be high compatibility - you just like the same things at the same time. An alternate would be Venus in Cancer from 10-12'30 in Scorp duad/5th Leo which I don't think I've experienced, but I have experienced it in Mars! ;} I also like Venus in Virgo closely sextile my Venus when it's conjunct Pluto. 12th house is my secondary partnership house (I'm late Pisces DESC) but that puts the male's Venus in my 12th house which can be tough. I occasionally attract Venus in Aries because that's my 7th house and I have a lot of libra. It's ends up being early in Aries opposite my Pluto or around the highly Scorpionic degrees of 18-19 Aries also conjunct my Chiron. Lots of passion between Aries and Scorpio but in the end, the straightforward and brusque energy of Aries gets frustrated with Sensitive and brooding Scorpio.

I'm not typically attracted to Venus in Pisces romantically (unless it's in the 8th duad -degrees 17-19'59) or Scorp duad 20-22'30 trine my own Venus & they also have Mars in Scorpio for more edge and Venus/Moon Pluto aspects. Typically Pisces is too soft & mutable for me with a Venus/Neptune feel & lands in my 6th house. I tend to like a man's Venus in cardinal or fixed signs and landing in my fixed or cardinal houses 1st/4th/7th/10th, 2nd/8th or sometimes...the 12th.

For a hetero woman, as someone already mentioned, check her Sun & Mars and their degrees to find their corresponding duads. But this only describes his Sun and Mars typically. To see how a female's Venus gets along, start with the guy's Moon & Venus. You can import Portman's duad table.

As to what a hetero male with Venus in Scorpio vibes with depends on the degrees his Venus (and/or Moon) is in. This describes which Moon or Venus sign he's unconsciously attracted to in a woman. In general, the guy who goes for a woman with (Moon or) Venus in Scorpio will have either his Moon or Venus in the 8th Duad (degrees 17'30- 19'59 of ANY sign) or one of the other corresponding Scorp duads outlined below to be attracted to a female Scorpio Moon/Venus.) He may have Moon or Venus in 8th with aspects to Pluto but in general, if his "feminine planets" don't fall into these specific degrees, he may choose a woman with Moon/Venus Pluto aspects or planets in the 8th house but not necessarily in the sign of Scorpio.

Check out Alice Portman's article on duads http://aliceportman.com/190/

Males will also have a secondary attraction to the sign of the duad number so if you have squares, oppositions or inconjuncts between your own Venus/Moon, check tables below to find certain degrees of signs that give blended levels of sign compatibility below.

While house placement is definitely a factor, the duads are extremely accurate and explain why you attract certain clusters of degrees in signs that may be square, inconjunct, etc. and may NOT attract other degrees of seemingly compatible signs even though they may seem more closely trine or conjunct your planets.

Scorpio 0-2'30 Scorpio/Aries 1st duad
Libra 2'30-5 Scorpio/Taurus 2nd duad
Virgo 5-7'30 Scorpio/Gemini 3rd duad
Leo 7'30-10 Scorpio/Cancer 4th duad
Cancer 10-12'30 Scorpio/Leo 5th duad
Gemini 12'30-15 Scorpio/Virgo 6th duad
Taurus 15-17'30 Scorpio/Libra 7th duad
Aries 17'30-20 Scorpio/Scorpio 8th duad
Pisces 20-22'30 Scorpio/Sag 9th duad
Aqua 22'30-25 Scorpio/Cap 10th duad
Cap 25-27'30 Scorpio/Aqua 11th duad
Sag 27'30-30 Scorpio/Pisces 12th duad

Happy Hunting!
