It depends... Is it a man or a woman who has a Scorpio Venus? Generally though they want a romantic drama in their love life, and someone who will think and be only with them.IP: Logged |

so by what you're saying, their opposite sign Taurus wouldn't be full of enough drama?IP: Logged |

I would say interesting as a Sun opposite Venus aspect, but it's not enough. If the person is male check his Moon & Venus. If it's female check her Sun & Mars. (Always compared as synastry).IP: Logged |

I am one and I would be interested to know that also... still dont know the answer HAHA. Another Venus in Scorpio didnt work for me... Cancer/Pisces venus men neither... too soft and unmanly... neither Taurus venus... too boring and stubborn... Im very attracted to Aries Venus men. They have the Mars passion and not boring! But there is a lot of antagonism between 2 martian Venuses.IP: Logged |

My longest relationship was with another scorpio, but that didn't work out…for other reasons… his venus was unaspected in our synastry though:/I've also been with an aqua sun with cap venus and taurus mars, but we wasn't compatible either though our synastry was really promising and great The relationship I'm in now seems very nice so far, and he is a libra sun + venus… we don't have venus-pluto, but his venus conjunct my sun. He makes me feel safe with him, cause you know how libras can be with the words:P I just act naive like I believe everything he says haha We got so much saturn that we are probably gonna stick together anyways!:P IP: Logged |

You really can't just go by the Venus sign. I'm a Sag sun with Scorpio Venus and the last thing I want is drama in my love life. The best relationship I had was Leo sun with a Cancer Venus. The worst was Cancer sun with a Gemini Venus. IP: Logged |

Venus in Taurus, Cancer, Capricorn are best.. and even better if the person has a Venus/Pluto aspect in their chart. I always attract Sco Venus men(even when they're gay haha).. and my Venus is either 29' Aries or early Taurus.. but it's most likely Taurus (and opposite my Pluto). IP: Logged |

To tell you the truth, I just fell in love with a male Scorpio Venus and he's just what I was looking for. Our synastry is explosive. I do have Venus square Pluto in my chart, we also have Venus square Pluto synastry and I'm a Plutonian even though I'm a Capricorn.IP: Logged |

I would think a Capricorn Venus would suit a Scorpio rather well. They are passionate and loyal, two things Scorpios love. And since most caps arent just an open book, it gives the Scorpio influenced person something to dig for and learn about, but without reason to worry that they'll find something deceitful or damaging.Another option would be some sort of Leo influence. Yes I know they are square signs, don't shoot me, but square signs combine yin and yang. And show me a Leo sun, ascendant, moon, merc, Venus or mars that isn't passionate and loyal toward those they adore. I think of Leo and Scorpio together as a power couple, definitely. IP: Logged |

Best match to male Venus in Scorpio might be a woman with her Sun or Moon in trine/Sextile/conjunction with his Venus He would adore her.

Agreed! Like jjj I definitely still don't know yet. I'm Scorpio and I've dated two Leos... the loyalty and pride is definitely attractive, and maybe there are some couples who really make this work (non-debilitated Heavy Sun influence for the Scorp, maybe like a Sun-Venus/Sun-Jupiter type ... or an especially plutonian-Sun Leo) but personally I found that the ego-centric and ego preserving nature in Leo got in the way of all the ego transcending and ego surrender I wanted to do (sun conjunct pluto + pisces moon, so there ya go!) I really enjoyed my last relationship with a Virgo Venus, but his Venus retrograde was a huge and quite destructive obstacle so I would caution anybody getting involved with men with this placement. Cancer Venus was too icky for me, Taurus a bit slow and not as roaringly passionate as I like sometimes. Dating an Aquarius Venus was a really terrifying experience :P These two do not mesh... Aries Venus is adventurous enough for Scorp Venus, but those quick crushes definitely trigger Scorp jealousy so that's tough. Pisces Venus is very very sweet, but will need to deliver the loyalty and fidelity that is so paramount to Scorp Venus. Capricorn may be best, but my last Cap Venus ex (Rx again!) was way too thinness obsessed for my respect, and I needed someone who could appreciate my Scorpio booty! Cap can also be a bit materialistic depending, whereas Scorpio is a bit of a possessive controlling deep undercurrent of love surrender. Hard to say the best fit. My vote goes to Venus-Pluto or Virgo Venus. IP: Logged |

Lol...that's cute! Yes I would think that could work also, it might take a more mature Pluto sq Venus person, one who has worked out the kinks a bit between the square but scorpio Venus likes a challenge so it probably won't bother them to much if the person is a bit complicated. IP: Logged |

I'm dating a venus in scorpio guy who has sun conjunction venus and Uranus in scorpio, and I am a venus in aries square my Pluto in scorpio (conjunction his venus). It's pretty explosive, an he appreciated my passion, intensity, and forwardness!I'm also mars in cap, which conjunction his moon and sextiles his venus nicely. IP: Logged |

Libra5643,I probably shouldnt tell it to a libra, but this guy had a libra stellium (SN in libra as well) and Scorpio venus. His libra characteristics didnt fit my Scorpio stellium, maybe this was the reason... another reason is that being so clingy and intense and jealous myself I dont like that in a man . He was very clingy like a woman... But we remained best friends, my early Scorp Moon is conjunct his late Libra sun. My first love has Virgo venus conjunct Pluto, so there is something... But Aries venus with some pluto in chart is my fav, maybe because I have Scorpio mars and I like an arian man. IP: Logged |

@jjj oh okay. for some reason i thought both venus in scorpio would work because of the whole jealousy and possessiveness thing so they'd find common ground, but i guess not haha. It's fine saying that to me though because i understand that not everyone likes certain characteristics of certain signs.IP: Logged |

Here's the whole thing with that setup, though. This venus sign wants to possess you--literally know everything about you. They want you, for the most part, to submit to them on every level--so that the relationship shakes your very essence on a soul level and changes who you are. They want to know your deepest secrets, your vulnerabilities, your intricacies. There has to be an alpha and a beta, in a sense, and I'd find that two venus in Scorpios, 90% of the time, would butt heads trying to possesses each other. My lovely as Scorpio man has even said this to me. "You know you're mine, right? I'll take care of you, though. Forever." I think that's so damn SEXY. He has also said though that he knows in a way I have HIM whipped because I have given myself to him completely and he trusts me all the way, which is impossible for him, so he has a deeper love for me than any before. I love the dedication and abandon on his part, and he knows deep down of my loyalty and appreciation along with my surrender. I think they need someone spontaneous and fiery, yet stable enough to make them feel secure and loved, all while being challenged so they don't get bored. That's my two cents on it. IP: Logged |
