I thought by definition the Venus Star Point is always before your birth? Mine is 8 months before my birth, so different in many respects from my natal chart. IP: Logged |

Amazing thread, Ceri! Thanks And thanks for the links and info on the other thread too My VSP is in 3-4 Aquarius in my 1st house, exactly on my Psyche (3,44). In my natal, this point (Psyche) trines Eros and Pluto, among other things. Me and him: our VSP are the same Our VSP - my Psyche- exactly conjuncts his POF near his Venus. His Venus exactly quincunx my Venus. I like this quincunx a lot because we come from very different backgrounds and, surprisingly, we like the same things. What I like the most is that in the event chart, our VSP conjuncts not only the Sun, but also the Moon, in the 7th house. IP: Logged |

Obviously many people will have the same VSP as it happens with many aspects, an entire generation, but I think, just like with other aspects, what matter are the aspects with an important person.IP: Logged |

The Sabian for all this: Three fledglings in a nest high in a tree. I like it, the promise of something blossoming, if only it doesn't convey vulnerability. I like your Sabian better, there is commitment couple with inventiveness. Now why am I not surprised that your Star Point is on your Moira/Lancelot? @Cappy, your Sabian say it all, you can run but you can't hide, eh?

Calculating the other star points - wouldn't you just take the VSP prior your birth, and get the two quintile and two biquintile points? I think some people are using progressive VSP degrees based off that chart's "cycle"?Of course, this means that people born in the same year share the same VSP pattern, but it would change with the next SUN-VENUS conjunction. As such, while many people in one year (or so) share the same star pattern, those people born with planets/luminaries in aspect to them are probably the most "attractive" flock of the year. For example, my VSP (twin) is Gem24. The quintile points (creative) are Ari12 and Vir6. The biquintile points (karmic) are Sco18 and Aqu0. I bet anyone born that year with SUN or VENUS (AC, even) natally aspecting those degrees are radiant and beautiful in general. In terms of synastry, anyone (of any age) activating those points would be attractive to a native born that year. The following VSP according to that chart, is Ari17, a five degree progression. I like the concept of drawing up a VSP chart, though. I think it could almost be called a swift-paced generational "love style/aesthetic sense" for people born that year. With the eight-year cycle, it paints an even broader picture. Comparing my VSP chart to my natal feels almost like looking at a VENUS Persona chart. my MOON conj VSP DC 2° my MARS conj VSP MC 1° my JUPITER conj VSP VERTEX 0° my SATURN conj VSP VERTEX 1° my CERES conj VSP MOON 2° my VESTA conj VSP JUPITER 3° my PALLAS conj VSP AC 2° my DESTINN conj VSP VALENTINE 3° KD's MOON conj VSP AC 1° KD's MARS conj VSP MARS 1° KD's SATURN conj VSP KARMA 0° KD's VERTEX conj VSP CERES 3° KD's CERES conj VSP AC 0° KD's JUNO conj VSP MERCURY 1° KD's AMOR conj VSP VERTEX 1° KD's KARMA conj VSP VERTEX 2° KD's DESTINN conj VSP DC 2° KD has a different VSP from mine. my MOON conj VSP PLUTO 1° my JUPITER conj VSP VALENTINE 1° my SATURN conj VSP VALENTINE 0° my VERTEX conj VSP NN 0° my DC/NN conj VSP MERCURY 2° my PALLAS conj VSP CERES 3° KD's VENUS conj VSP SN 0° KD's MARS conj VSP SATURN 0° KD's JUPITER conj VSP NN 0° KD's SATURN conj VSP AC 1° KD's NN conj VSP SUN-VENUS 2° KD's MC conj VSP MERCURY 3° IP: Logged |
