I read somewhere a few weeks ago that people with Venus/Saturn aspects in the natal chart (particularly positive ones) are typically plain as children but grow into a more attractive appearance. From your own personal observations, do you guys think this can true?

Venus is the planet of love and beauty, and Saturn is associated with old age, maturity, sternness, etc. Wouldn't it make sense that Venus/Saturn aspects would create an ugly duckling phenomenon?

My mom has Venus square saturn and she's gorgeous like pricilla Presley perfect wife gorgeous lol but I think she got a lot more attention from men around my age. Like my grandmother would tell me she had to beat men off with sticks and they would like stalk her and purpose to her but she lived in the middle east and middle eastern men are kinda weird LOL

Idk She does not really care too much about her appearance anymore..

Working a lot having 3 kids and being married would do that haha.

I have Venus conjunct Saturn and I know I visually appear younger that my actual age. I did model too so I might have to add that I did have to look after my appearance. Not sure I helped your thread.

I think so.I have the opposition, saturn's also my chart ruler.I was awkward and unpopular as a kid.I couldn't make friends,as a result,I still don't have any. Now I get complimented for my appearance. Guys only like me because of it. :-/

I have Venus square Saturn. I was a really cute baby but between my toddler years and middle school I was very awkward looking. Then the summer I turned 15 I suddenly got a lot more attractive. My looks haven't changed much since then. I definitely look young for my age which I've read is common with Venus-Saturn.

My mom also has Venus square Saturn and she was adorable throughout her childhood and then an attractive teenager and adult. She's aged well too.

I have venus conj saturn. Was never an ugly duckling. I think I was cuter as a kid lolol I don't seem to go through awkward teenage years either. Bloomed quickly and don't change much over the years.

I have venus sextile saturn around 2 degrees, so I don't know if that counts?
I think I was really sweet as a child, and even more confident than I am now lol… but the last few years I've been more aware of my strengths. My hair and my eyes are what I get most complimented about, and when I was younger I used to cut my hair and color it (destroyed it) and I deformed my eyebrows completely and looked like a punk…. now I have realized I have to look more natural lol, and it's easier than ever to get a guy with my long blond natural fairytale hair haha!

Ive saturn trine my N venus conj NN conj N mars and I feel me more loved as older I been... Strange but I also feel me more beautyful and get more attention from men... Im 50 this year and I not use surgery... and my weight also put up 20 kilo in the last 10 year so my body changed completely.. despite that I feel me more beauty than ever...

Venus trine Saturn. I was a cute baby/little girl and bloomed in my early twenties. Now I'm 54 and I'm constantly told I look like I'm in my early 40's. And yes, I'm told that I'm beautiful. Not so sure about that extreme but I do feel like I'm attractive.

I hadn't heard this about Venus/Saturn aspects before so this one is intriguing.

I have Venus is Cap sextile Saturn, and I was such a fugly kid/teenager. It wasn't until I turned 21 that I 'blossomed'. I went from being called 'ugly' to being called 'beautiful' within a very short time span. It would be great if I will get even better with age!!

I have Venus conjunct Saturn in Scorpio, but by 6 degrees. I do look youngish for my age and am happy with the way I'm aging. It would be fun to post our pics briefly, except I don't have one - tried to take a decent one for fb and what a production that was.

3 years ago, I used to be good friends with a Venus opposite Saturn girl. She is gorgeous and works as a model. She always believed I was more beautiful (her Saturn conjunct my capricorn venus), and while that may be true, she could always book more gigs than me. With my venus conjunct MC, external validation (like work and the perception of the masses) are the only things that make my Venus happy. So, she got the better deal from that perspective.

Last year I had had a fling with a venus opposite Saturn guy. He was beautiful in early 20s. But now, in his mid 20s while he looks good, he clearly needs to stop drinking. It's taking a toll on his body. I don't think anyone else would say that. But I can see that he needs a liiiiittle working out. Otherwise, he still looks really good.

I don't think either blossomed late.

Venus trine Saturn ex boyfriend. I think he "blossomed" late. He was always tall but he filled out muscles later.

Weird I was just thinking about this! I have the square and I definitely feel like growing up worked in my favor. I developed early but my face was ugly, my body didn't have a shape. Now all that changed and I get a lot more attention in my mid-20's than I did when I was 18.

I have venus conjunct saturn and people have a hard time figuring out my age. I was a cute kid but had my awkward stage in grade 9-11. I've found that my looks have been improving as I get older. I'm not going to say I'm gorgeous but I'm decent enough looking.

My friends think I have dismorfofobia :S I have dated the most popular guys, I have received a dozen of compliments, if I want to I can get with any guy I want... Just last week my guy told me I have a great shape and should look after it well.. But still... Whenever I look to the mirror, I see my imperfections... And it hurts. O you can't imagine how much it hurts.. So pathetic...

I always looked a lot younger than my age.. Now I am 40. And everybody still says I look a lot younger than my age. but I am bleeding inside because I am getting old. I have such a distaste for aging...

Till to this tread, I was blaming Venus Cap 1st hs opposite Saturn in the 7th )& Venus square Pluto ( 8 degree )...

First of all, never call yourself pathetic. You shouldn't put yourself down since it will encourage very negative thinking about yourself. Many women question their beauty as the standards are impossibly high now. (photoshopping models etc)

I can understand this mentality, I have only felt pretty later in my life. When I was younger I too felt ugly and only after hearing that I'm pretty from many people have I started to believe it. It may also be the fact that many people were cruel to me when I was younger and made me feel very ugly.

I have the exact trine, both exact sextile to the ASC as well, people said I was very cute as a baby I was definitely less than attractive during middle school/jr high though but really turned it out ~17 or 18
I've had people stop me on the street for pictures a few times hehe

With Venus/Saturn it's more about how you feel than what you really look like. Low self-esteem when it comes to appearance is one of the key problems with those aspects, even though there are some really gorgeous women born with those placements.
Personally, I've got Venus square Saturn and I've never felt attractive, and, unlike some of the people in here who have shared their experience, I haven't enjoyed much attention from the opposite sex either. But, as I said, it's not about the looks, it's about how you feel about it that counts when it comes to Venus and Saturn.
