Losing a bit of fat is never a bad thing. However, losing it to the point where the body ends up eating away at essential protien mass from your Muscles, organs, etc. is a bad thing. IMO you should be healthy and lean enough to be able to lift your own weight off the ground. If you can't then you need to start getting fit. IP: Logged
