^ LOL! I'm so late returning to this thread. 'Wanted to start listing people with splash charts, as I encounter them. Maybe I'll get a sense of what all these people have in common. Welcome to the club! I didn't want to make your thread about me but as you can see, I also have a splash chart. I found another celebrity with a splash chart, forgot to post it, and it's driving me crazy as I try and remember who it was! IP: Logged |

Definitely. With a splash chart: quote: The maximum distance between any two planets is of three signs, or 90 degrees.
You have that, easily...there are no empty 90 degree gaps in your chart. You have another geometric pattern in there, that pentagon, but I don't know the astrology word for it...

Oh wow, so amazing! Thank you for this! And also, let me ask you something. I've been thinking is this the reason why I come off as a loner/eccentric to some ppl. I get a lot of people saying they like my vibe when first meeting me, but it's always the random ppl. I can't explain it, haha! IP: Logged |

Oh darn my links broke Sorry!I think your chart explains why random people like your vibe. I think the splash chart makes for an expansive, open person who can relate to just about anyone, because we have planets all over the place. *edit & sorry if that sounds like boasting IP: Logged |

Finally a thread for this configuration! been waiting for this day lolI have at least 8 houses occupied, I think. I can totally relate with having a variety of interests and it doesn't help being a Gemini rising. I'm pretty sure a lot of people with splash charts would have a variety of aspect patterns, too (makes us more special, I guess ) IP: Logged |

I only have aries aquarius and sagittarius (if we don't count MC) empty though that libra is a close call ahah But yeah with my chart pretty scattered and being a gemini to boot... versatility is my second name. I can do just about anything if someone shows me how, and maybe I don't have the resilience or patience to master something, but I can sure as hell learn anything anyone give to me. IP: Logged |

Another good thing to sustain the balance is when transits hit, you folks have various aspects to balance out. Unlike us stellium-natives IP: Logged |

Almost for me...7 signs. No more than 2 planets in any sign. I'm missing Sag-Cap-Aqua though so about a 110° gap. Probably why my aVertex is in Sag and the points to complete my crosses are Sag and Aqua. Just need a couple holes filled in. SN in Cap, must have gotten that one out if the way earlier... What do you mean by interesting yods? You know they funny that astrology is that I just did a chart reading with a person and she said my chart is all over the place, which is such considence in it self that I found out that I have this..

Not sure how familiar you are with yods, so I'll explain: a yod is formed by two planets, sextile to each other, both quincunx a third planet Your yod: Some people may say this is actually a few overlapping yods. I simplify. You have Jupiter-Neptune at the apex, quincunx Leo moon-Chiron and your Gemini Mercury. It's interesting to have this spiritual goliath of Jupiter-Neptune in ambitious Capricorn, pulling in energy from a sensitive-but-grand Leo moon-Chiron and highly articulate, detached Gemini Mercury. You have the ability to forge some spectacular experiences, ideas, and emotions...however, as the apex of your yod is in the private 4th house, it may be your closest loved ones who you affect the most strongly. It's not a very public concentration of energy...but because your MC is in Cancer, you will probably have an emotional affect on people, and can pull from the emotional intelligence of your yod to strengthen your alliances. Something like that. Please keep in mind I am an amateur tossing out raw opinions, nothing shaped by decades of research or anything. Solar_Leo_Queen's yod: Aquarius Uranus is at the apex, quincunx domicile Cancer moon and double domicile 3H Virgo Mercury, conjunct Venus. That's interesting because Uranus is in the 8H (functioning almost like Uranus in Scorpio, which is exalted.) Here again we have an easy Mercury sextile moon and the ability to put feelings into words, feeding into the apex of the yod...bringing brilliance, depth, imagination, and unmentionable experiences into the 8th house. Which in turn will shape her emotions (moon), mind (Mercury) and love nature (Venus). Because Mercury is her chart ruler and her moon is in the first house, the yod enhances her ability to communicate emotion. If her moon were quincunx Uranus, without yod completion, she would probably have some issues with coming across as erratic. Here the yod is steadying and deepening her public image and the impressions she will make on people. Notice her screen name is not "shrinking violet." No, she is prepared to go full tilt, as grand as she likes. I think that's cool. RoseLily's yod: Has the sun at the apex on the IC (that's interesting, right there!) Her sun is quincunx chart ruler Neptune and Uranus, also quincunx Pluto-Scorpio-NN. The sun quincunx Cap Neptune is an interesting duplication of the theme of Pisces ASC-conjunct Saturn. Scorpio Pluto conjunct Scorpio NN (in the 8th house no less!) is intriguing enough on its own, but tied into this yod, it really makes you wonder...again I suppose that there will be a strong emphasis on her home life though perhaps branching out quite spectacularly in a social sphere (11th house Cap Neptune-Jupiter) with a lot of depth and ability to handle pretty much anything that comes along (Scorpio NN-Pluto.) quote: Originally posted by Geminiyoungster: ...she said my chart is all over the place, which is such considence in it self that I found out that I have this..
Hahah. I've been told that I, as a person, am "all over the place." And it's true both mentally and physically. Like when I clean the house, it's usually not "start bathroom, finish bathroom." More like, start bathroom, vaccuum bedroom floor, wipe down kitchen sink, return to bathroom, do laundry...you get the idea. But that's also my flighty Gemini Mars. quote: Originally posted by Geminiyoungster: Also how is it like having a capricorn with a moon Pisces..
They work pretty well together...Capricorn is like the "provider" doing what it can to make my moon feel secure, while the moon prevents the sun from getting too complacent and arrogant (or tries to...it doesn't always succeed!)

@Faith Very interesting post, I've always seen my yod, personally, as a very important aspect in my chart mostly because it's the most exact pattern I have, but also because of the Pluto-Nn and my chart ruler aspecting my sun. However, I,ve also read in this post : http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/209474.html that says that the yod's "purpose and answer" will be found in the "opposite house of the apex" meaning that since My sun is in fourth, the purpose of my yod is found in the tenth house (and the MC no less), which represent (again as per the post I've linked previously), career, social reputation, public life but also destiny (which is also an interesting duplication of the Yod being tied with the North Node My own input on my yod that derailed the thread ahah IP: Logged |

^ I was honestly wondering if that was the case, if the space between the sextile planets, representing the bulk of the area of the triangle, was the most important part, and the tip was therefore less important.I'm not experienced enough to know. After you live more, let us know, okay? Thanks for the link, it was good to see some old members again and I'm so cappy's "yod" was hilarious. IP: Logged |

I guess I am the opposite of a splash chart then, well almost. I have a bucket-chart. Yes one of those individuals who have to channel ALL energies through a gatekeeper - the handle of a bucket. Or in other words, to get even close to my Sagittarius-planets and Moon and Venus, and all that, you first have to get past my Retro-Saturn in 8th. [/URL] IP: Logged |

Yep. Jack of all trades, master of none (speaking for myself, anyway). Although technically, the distance between my Aries Venus and Cancer Saturn is 99*, but I'm not very concerned about that. Everything else fits. IP: Logged |
