So far, this SR year has been terrible for me. Been through a crap ton of family problems, had my very first real heartbreak, and I've been feeling so lonely lately.

I have Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Jupiter in there. My emotions have been pretty overwhelming. It scares me because I really don't like being too emotional about things. Recently, I couldn't even control myself but breakdown in front of my friends.

I don't have a heavy 8th this year (next year I'll have Venus and Mars there though, hmmm) but in 2007 I had a rough year emotionally and it was also the start of many things changing for me long-term. I looked back at the SR 8th for that year and it was packed! Venus, Saturn, Sun, Mercury, and SN were all there. And I also had Moon and Pluto in the 12th. Ugh.

Oh my god, I do apologize for the late reply. I have not been in LL for a very long time. But let me tell you about it.

Honestly, it was a very dark time for me. My parents finally separated after 17 years of a horrible, horrible marriage. My mom sent my dad to jail after he verbally threatened her. We had to move to another city because of everything. Before that, I planned to transfer to another school in the same city that I used to live in, but when my friends convinced me not to, the universe somehow found a way for me to go live somewhere else. I ended up transferring to a different school in a different city.

My secret affair with someone also ended that year and I was devastated. Blame it on Venus being in the 8th house. He was not mine, gotta give him back to the owner LOL

For that year, my solar return 8th house overlayed my 1st and 2nd house. I definitely went through a complete transformation from this bubbly, social, attention-seeking girl to a shy, reserved, and leave-me-alone type of girl. To be fair, I had Pluto in the first house for that solar return, so I guess I made people feel very uncomfortable when they were around me. I was very plutonian that year. Plus, I hated the fact that since my dad was not there to provide for us anymore, my family had to depend on other people for help until we're back on our feet (2nd house Sun is uncomfortable with financial help).

Anyway, yeah it was a horrible year, but I wouldn't be where I am now if I didn't go through all that. Right now, I am enjoying a very loving relationship with my very first boyfriend, I have stopped doing what others want me to do and instead do what I want, I have learned to eliminate toxic people in my life, and I am overall happier in general.
