No Eros is very different. It is erotic. venus is love with no sexual overtones. They are very different energies, so to speak

Sun Catcher

You have a very cool chart. You are someone with many, many different and varied parts.

I will look more tomorrow.

Downright raw, earthy and erotic and sensual sexual energy over here. I am a Venus conjunct Mars in Taurus.

That's very reassuring to hear, thank you. I'm still fairly new to astrology, so I'm trying not to get too hyped up when I look at my chart and read stuff - I'll just over analyze anyways :S best I ask questions(: Curious what more you have to say about it, and what you mean by varied!

Great thread and very accurate!

My BF got a full 5th house (Sun, mercury and venus)
But he has only dated 3 persons ever his whole life, so he is totally the opposite of being a player...

He is mostly quiet in social situations, and though he looks attractive(to me at least) he don't want attention.

So I wonder what could tone down this 5th house stellium...
But on the other hand he is a brilliant artist, and loves to have fun all day long. So maybe he just use his 5th house abilities to create, instead of being a player:P

I have a huuuuge fifth house stellium, in sadge -- Never have been the player this is cracked up to be. Maybe it's just for Men? I have never been a prude, and I am up for fun if the timing calls for it, but Im a relationship gal 100% when it comes down to it. Though that could be my Scorpio Venus tempering it.

ALL RIGHT. So what else then? Eros/pluto/ MC conjunct exact (oh man, that makes a lot of things make sense), Ceres and Lilith conjunct in 8TH ... which isnt listed, but I like that placement :3. Not bad, not bad.

My husband has Ceres conjucnt his DC, exact. He has a strange effect on women -- some are indifferent, like with any guy, but those who aren't ... REALLY, REALLY aren't. Ive had many women stop him with me standing *right there* and try to chat him up like they're gonna fall in love right then and there, lol. It's only certain women who seem extremely affected by this placement (and I do attribute it to that. He's certainly handsome, but sheesh).

I suppose Im one of them!

I have only worked with Tantulus and not very much.

It seems it makes the person want things that he can't get.

Apollo seems to make people worship you as if you are a Greek god.

I could put Apollo as number 2.

Tell me about the other three, Reese, if you would.

*Esther # 622 an irresistible and beautiful woman...
*Scylla # 155 once a beautiful nymph fell victim to a jealous Circe who turned her into a monster. (Nymphe's lured sailors with their beauty-it could apply)
*Salome # 562 is depicted as an icon of dangerous female seductiveness

It's a arabic point, that acts as a sensitive point in the birth chart. Different day and evening formulas are used according to the time when yoy were Born. Just as part of fortune is considered a point of prosperity, part of eros is connected to our desires, personal appetites, and yearnings.
